Purchased for my neice to install in her jeep. She wanted a good stereo that she could bluetooth into and we selected this one. Stylish, but simple; and has all the bells and whistles she wanted.

This was purchased as open box and it ended up working out perfectly for my needs. I had no issue installing, and was even able to return the molding install kit because this fit without needing to resize it! Great purchase!

This stereo is amazing. I thought I was going to have to upgrade my speakers as well, but after installing this I don't have to! The sound is amazing on it and works perfectly!

Does great in my 2002 Silverado. Decent sound out of the factory speakers I’ll probably upgrade to some pioneer 4 way. Had Best Buy install it and they did a great job.

The radio works extremely well. Great sound and large amount of stored channels. Works with Siri for hands free calling. Largest drawback is the built in microphone picks up a lot of background (A/C fan, road noise,etc.) noises. Been told hard to here.

This is exactly what I needed for my '03. I had a cassette/cd player but I love to listen to podcasts and this lets me connect via bluetooth or aux. It also has a usb port and satellite. Great for the price.

I bought it by mistake thinking it had a cd player .. but I don't spent 12 to 15 hours a day on the road like I use to . So I really don't need it in my P/U Truck .

I would like to start by saying if I was willing to uninstall this unit from my car and return it I would absolutely do so. I don’t want to take the time to uninstall and add a different one so I’ll put up with it. The Bluetooth has trouble connecting at times and adding a new device is a task. The only good thing I can say about this unit is, it does work, it comes with a remote and it looks cool. I have bought several different car stereos but never a Sony so I thought I would give it a try. I’m not impressed and will personally never buy a Sony again. I like how most other units have easy equalizer functions which this one does not. Other brands are easy to figure out the Bluetooth which this one is not. Maybe I’m just comfortable/familiar with other brands and how to use them and I just can’t figure this one out. I’m not sure, but the fact that I can’t just push buttons and figure this one out like every other unit I have owned makes me not like it. It would also be nice if it had the option to change the light color but it just stays blue, nothing to complain about it’s just a note. With all the complaints I have I think my biggest is the knob which is very sensitive to touch. The problem with this is if you go to change the radio volume and hit a bump or accidentally apply too much pressure it pushes the knob button which accesses the menu and doesn’t let you change the volume so when you turn the knob it scrolls the menu and you have to go back to change the volume. I have a lowered car with a bit of bounce so this is super annoying. To avoid this problem I just use the remote which shouldn’t be something I need to do. I know several people who love Sony units and continue to buy them but this one is just not for me.

Works great for my son’s 97 F150 truck. The speakers need to switched but the radio does help the old speakers sound better. He loves his radio.
