Good radio, great quality product and easy to install

I would like to start by saying if I was willing to uninstall this unit from my car and return it I would absolutely do so. I don’t want to take the time to uninstall and add a different one so I’ll put up with it. The Bluetooth has trouble connecting at times and adding a new device is a task. The only good thing I can say about this unit is, it does work, it comes with a remote and it looks cool. I have bought several different car stereos but never a Sony so I thought I would give it a try. I’m not impressed and will personally never buy a Sony again. I like how most other units have easy equalizer functions which this one does not. Other brands are easy to figure out the Bluetooth which this one is not. Maybe I’m just comfortable/familiar with other brands and how to use them and I just can’t figure this one out. I’m not sure, but the fact that I can’t just push buttons and figure this one out like every other unit I have owned makes me not like it. It would also be nice if it had the option to change the light color but it just stays blue, nothing to complain about it’s just a note. With all the complaints I have I think my biggest is the knob which is very sensitive to touch. The problem with this is if you go to change the radio volume and hit a bump or accidentally apply too much pressure it pushes the knob button which accesses the menu and doesn’t let you change the volume so when you turn the knob it scrolls the menu and you have to go back to change the volume. I have a lowered car with a bit of bounce so this is super annoying. To avoid this problem I just use the remote which shouldn’t be something I need to do. I know several people who love Sony units and continue to buy them but this one is just not for me.

I like this stereo because it is simple and easy to use. My son in law installed it without any issues. It came with remote that may not ever get used but nice to have I guess. It connected with my phone easily.

great stereo. love being able to use app to control it away from vehicle. only con is it cant change colors of face.

Works great for my son’s 97 F150 truck. The speakers need to switched but the radio does help the old speakers sound better. He loves his radio.

I bought it by mistake thinking it had a cd player .. but I don't spent 12 to 15 hours a day on the road like I use to . So I really don't need it in my P/U Truck .

I bought an older used truck. I had this installed to replace original stereo. I'm so pleased with it. I bought it on sale but it is worth reg price. Sounds great!

I bought this for my son and he loves it. Just perfect for his truck. Does everything he wants it to do so much better than the standard radio that came in the truck.

I bought this as an aftermarket for an old Prius. It works perfectly for a stealth install. I like that it's purely digital and takes up less space in the console.

Installed this in my sons ‘95 F150. Easy install, good power to factory speakers. Simple design, great stereo for the price! Installed kicker amp with it. Easy to hook up amp to receiver.

What I expected . Wish it had a CD player. Thought when I purchased on line it came with CD player. Need to pay more attention next time. But happy with deal. Thank you

Great radio. Got it for my boyfriends birthday and he loves it.

Bought and installed two of these units in my car and truck. Easy setup, no separate mic for the Bluetooth (it's built into the head unit, so no extra wire to run and hide!)

What this to replace the JVC in my jeep because I couldn’t hear it but the power in this unit is incredible and amp works perfect with it very good product excellent price thank you Best Buy.
