Ordered new, received an open box!

Unfortunately, I received an open box! That’s totally unacceptable. Took to store, yep, I should have just gone there first. They accepted the return, no questions asked, but had none in stock. The ordered a new one, even exchange. Nope, they didn’t exchange it they billed me again.

Phone is horrible

Im going to get another radio of another type. I have one in my big rig and its have the same problem.

Best Buy has postponed for so long, they have now cancelled the install and still have my money.

Waste of money

Sony Stereo Does Not Remember My BlueTooth Setting

It does not remember my phone and auto pair. Not happy. I’ve had the deck less than a month.
