Great product, easy to use and installation was also way too easy

I was about to go to an expensive shop to have my radio replaced when I remembered that Best Buy does the same thing but cheaper. So I purchased this and had it installed. Great product

Great product for the price paid. Doesn’t save settings (radio stations, BT, etc.) when power is cut, only thing that I would like to change.

there is a slight delay in blue tooth connection to my phone. Amazing sounds and awesome display.

Matt, out Tech was awesome with explaining the different features of the radio and the Sirius Xm. Bundled the two with accessories needed for the installation. He did a great job, we are pleased with the radios and his professionalism. Great asset to your company.

Itwm is faulty and has teouble connecting to my phone, connects 4-6 times before it fully connects

It originally seemed like a great choice, however the Bluetooth connectivity (which is the main reason i purchased it) was just awful. I tried with 3 different phones, 2 Note 9's and an S9+, and it would always have issues connecting. Just trying to set-up the Bluetooth the first time was a pain. It took around 30 different attempts to get the phone to pair with the radio. Also, the call audio is not great either. It doesnt have a dedicated mic, it is built-in, which i knew prior but i figured it would be ok. However it sounds like you are under water or trying to yell from across a room, it just sounds so bad for the person im talking to that i just end up using speakerphone. Lastly, trying to play music through Bluetooth wasnt a great experience either. The audio would constantly "stutter". It would play a split second of the song im trying to play, then stop for like 5 seconds or so, then play a split second again. The song could be a minute in but the radio would still be trying to play the first few seconds, and it would still try to play even after i disconnected the phone. This was all within the first day of using it. I really wanted to like it however the main function that I (and what i assume would be most people's reason for buying it) purchased it for was not a great experience at all. I used it all of 2 hours and knew that I would be returning it. Now I dont know if the issue was simply with the unit I got, a compatibility issue between the radio and my phones, or something else, but it is definitely going back.

This unit doesn't come with an external microphone. Had to switch to a different radio with a microphone I could place on the steering column. You get what you pay for.

This unit has a severe design flaw. I'm actually shocked more people haven't complained about it. The built in microphone is located BEHIND THE DETACHABLE FACEPLATE! As such most people are going to encounter issues with who ever is on the other end of the line being able to hear them clearly. I'd highly recommend buying ANY other radio that has a separate microphone. Which btw, almost all of them do, even the cheaper brands. No idea what Sony was thinking when they designed this unit.
