Warning about this radio!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit has a severe design flaw. I'm actually shocked more people haven't complained about it. The built in microphone is located BEHIND THE DETACHABLE FACEPLATE! As such most people are going to encounter issues with who ever is on the other end of the line being able to hear them clearly. I'd highly recommend buying ANY other radio that has a separate microphone. Which btw, almost all of them do, even the cheaper brands. No idea what Sony was thinking when they designed this unit.
