Great device..hard to understand really how it works though but the kids seem to enjoy it

Love this thing. Able to play my games out of state which is awesome! The inclusion of the cloud gaming also has made this a must buy in my book!

I have had the PlayStation portal for about two months now. I can honestly say that I love it. I had the backbone which I used with my phone, and this is 100 times better. The screen is large and has amazing picture quality. As large as it is, it doesn’t feel too big while playing it. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants PS five as a handheld. You have to link to your PS five to use it, unlike other handheld devices. But it is well worth it.

Very good, i would recommend this to a friend when you don’t feel like turning on the TV and you just wanna lay in bed!

Is a nice item to have to play PlayStation games on the go. Wish it would hold a internet connect a bit better though

Is good not great, since it depends mostly on your upload speed of your internet. Try using good ethernet cable on the ps5 for better connection. If using wifi try putting your primary bandwidth on your ps5 to the 5gtz . Also let your ps5 run for like 2 minutes before connecting, when i connect the portal immediately after turning on the game the connection was static while using wifi. Overall good accessory to have.

Not an actual handheld and if WiFi isn’t strong enough when ur out then ur sol, need an actual hotspot, 3.5/10

I love this system! It’s so much better than using my iPad and mobile app. The screen is excellent quality and it’s well made! I’ve really enjoyed it. Only thing that would make it better would be to be able to connect any type of Bluetooth headphones

This is a pretty amazing little device. My teen sons love them and found they can be played almost anywhere with a Wifi connection, with one son playing his on his phone hotspot while in a friends car. (It lagged, but it worked!) The screen is good sized and very clear. My only concern is if the joysticks start drifting later, there is probably no quick fix. We caught these on sale, so I doubt I would have paid full price for them.

Great product, connects decently with ps5 but the beta cloud streaming is excellent as well. Adding the midnight black was such a great idea too.

The PS Portal is certainly not for everyone. I think it only appeals to a small variety of people. Remote Play seems to be only popular with hardcore Playstation gamers. I got it because my parents watch a lot of TV, sometimes they binge watch shows for hours and I get bored and sometimes want to play a game or if i'm playing something that is inappropriate or something not of their tastes I would play the PS Portal on that specific game. When it works it works, but I recommend connecting it to a 5G network as I ended up doing, not a 2 GHZ network. While the overall functions are good it's a shame the Streaming services seem to be blocked and that would have been a great selling point to stream shows on the PS Portal as it has a really great screen and very useful when you need it. It isn't perfect but there is certainly room for improvement.

One of the best purchases i have made. This makes it a lot easier to lay in bed next to the wife and get some gaming in. The streaming is great and i find my self playing more games.

System really comes in handy when you want to play your ps5 and use your tv for something else at the same time

This ps5 portal is absolutely fantastic! The build quality is top-notch, the features are incredibly useful, and it has completely transformed my kids gaming experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a consol portal .
