Love it, works as intended and exceeded my expectations

The thought of the handheld is great. Thought this would be a great way for my husband to play the playstation with the kids. However because they sync together, one or the other has to be played at a time. Would be much more pleasant to play if both could be played at the same time. If too faraway from the Playstation it lags as well.

I like this device because it connects with your ps5 games when you away from home

Love my portal. Works great and love being able to play it games on the go. Just have to make sure you have a good internet connection

I was apprehensive about buying this because I have the remote play app and a controller but once I used it I was blown away. Streaming works way better than an app and it is comfortable to hold. Only drawbacks: you have to have at least decent internet and the battery life is not the best. That said it’s great for streaming the ps5 especially if you want a second screen while watching tv or something

I love this thing, whenever I want to play my ps5 in bed I grab it and jump in bed. It works so well. It’s so sleek too. It’s not a bad price at all. You get exactly what you pay for with this device. I love it.

Great looking device, sleek, lightweight and looks amazing. Downsides would be it only has streaming services so you are at the mercy of your connection and lag/latency issues. No twitch shooters or frame perfect fighters on here

Great portable console for remote gaming. However if you’re trying to play a fast paced online FPS game such as Call of Duty, there is a lot of lag. I have a very high speed internet at home (1 gig) and I use a high end router (ASUS ROG GT6) and the PS portal still experiences lag with FPS games. However, for one player solo games, it works pretty well.

It excels as a high-quality remote play device with comfortable ergonomics and full DualSense controller features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. However, its primary limitations are its lack of Bluetooth audio support, reliance on your PS5 for local streaming, and the fact that it has no local storage and cannot play games offline. Recent updates have added cloud streaming and public Wi-Fi support, making it more versatile, but a reliable internet connection remains critical for a good experience

So definitely a great device for us gamer dads trying to get some playing time in, and all the kids are on the main tv.

I was hesitant at first because it is a remote player but it is really worth it! The input lag is barely noticeable and the fact it can remote play anywhere is nice. There is some frame rate drops if there is a lot happening on the screen but it isn't too bad. If you want to play PS5 but also want to go out or play anywhere else this is totally worth it.
