The best thing , you can chill in bed while playing and take it in the go which is even better. If you get a WiFi box from your phone provider it works perfect together. Definitely recommend !

It works very well but is dependent on your WiFi and internet connection. If you do not have good internet save yourself the frustration of trying to make it work. Still, for what it is, it works extremely well playing my PS5 games. It feels like a solid and well made item. Time will tell. I bought an open box and it was perfect. Highly recommended.

Hardwire your ps5 and you will truly enjoy this product. When using hotel wifi it gets choppy on fps. Played madden, gta and such perfectly on hotel wifi. Hopped on t mobile hotspot and all was great. Worked well on plane as well but again, fps experience will differ based on portal connection strength. Definitely recommend if you can actually secure one. Perfect for unwinding in the bed while wife watches her usual emo shows.

This is the best product that PlayStation could made very good job Sony the things that you don’t get to hear about this this product you’re able to use your hotspot from your phone. You can finish all the games that you wanted to finish. I finish Spider-Man in this now playing assassin Creed, one thing I recommend please buy the warranty with Best Buy. God forbid drop it so you could get a new one replaced

This is the only way I can play my PlayStation five away from home. Excellent but the my the Wi-Fi connection doesn’t matter on the quality of the picture but overall A+.

It’s a good system. Graphics everything is the same if you got good internet. It still works with ok internet but gets choppy

I see a lot of mixed reviews of this device online. I think it’s mostly confusion of what this thing is. It’s a portable meant to be played at home when the tv is being watched or just want to play on something smaller when winding down. I don’t take it anywhere except around the house because I understand what’s it’s designed for. Plays nice. I’ve got a mesh system for around the house so no hiccups. I like it. It’s worth it to me.

Does great at home, all over the board using your phone as a hotspot.

No offline mode and good internet connection + wifi 6 these 2 are needed in order to have a good play experience. The controller is a Playstation 5 mirror meaning everything u do there is the same thing as the TV. Pros you don't need to turn on the TV to play. Bad things no offline mode you must be connected with a stable connection or wifi high speed and of course you ps5 on

I love the PlayStation portable it is an amazing back up for going on trips or when far from home and want to get a little gaming in !!

My only issue is that I’m not able to stream Netflix Hulu etc. and music. Only than that it work for what it is..

Not bad ...just a extension of the ps5 , basically to play anywhere around the home, or close to the ps5 . Absolutely NOT like the psp ...It does not have a game port , it is only to mirror the playstation 5 system itself and play in another room . Screen is very noiceeee comfortable controls, if you are a geek nerd as myself it's cool to have but not a necessity to play . Enjoy stay safe stay humble .

I really do enjoy my PS Portal. But I do have issues connecting to the PS5 at times. Other than that, it’s great.

Was really easy to set up and get using right out of the box. It's great to be able to play while my family watches tv. Graphics and game play seem to have pretty good response. About the only time when I really noticed any issues were when my internet was acting up or I got too far away from my wireless router. The battery seems to last a good amount of time before needing to recharge.

When it worked, it was enjoyable. I got this for gaming on the go around the house. At first the device was amazing and ran good while I was close to the WiFi router, but when trying to use it in other rooms, I encountered input lag and latency issues. For reference we have fiber internet and none of our other handhelds experience anything like this. So I think this is a good idea for someone that just wants to chill in the room with their router and use it.

I was honestly surprised how great this product is, streams spiderman 2 on my mobile hotspot surprisingly well, comfortable in the hands. Exceeded my expectations across the board. One great flaw though, no bluetooth capabilities, and only two wireless headphones are playstation headphones that are 100+ dollars and or not even out yet.

It’s an awesome device and allows me to enjoy the ps5 anywhere. It was an adjustment period at first but after using it about 4 times a week now it’s a great device to have. Especially if you don’t get to play your ps5 as often this will get you back in the mood.
