This was the best Christmas guest for my son. He loved it on Christmas Day. He said, this was the best gift ever. I tried my best to get one on release date and what no luck, but best buy was the win

Device is of good quality, buttons and sticks feels like the real PS5 controller. Screen is sharp and bright. Speakers could have been better placed. Requires strong internet connection. Caution: Currently doesn't connect to public Wi-fi (ones that require web browsers) like hotels and some coffee shops.

Is really useful when my sisters use the tv I can still play and runs games pretty well but needs stable internet

Sooo excited i was able to get this console for my son. He is thrilled and happy to have it now. We have been waiting for it since last year. Unfortunately i couldn’t get it for him for Christmas or his Birthday in February and bow that he has it he is beyond excited!! Im his hero…

I love my ps portal. I take it on every trip. It serves its purpose.

There is nothing more conducive to being a blue collared, single parent, gamer than having the convenience of laying in bed, sitting on the porch or soaking in the tub even. Than being able to do all that while playing PS5!! Thank you Best Buy.

The Portal has made it so easy for me to game anywhere (as long as I have a good wi-fi connection) and can have great parallel time with my partner.

Good but definitely need a strong internet connection for it to work with no lag.

It’s basically a controller. There are definitely cheaper options! But worth the $100 difference from its counterparts

Good product from Sony, but to use you need good wifi and can not play it at all unless is connected to your ps5 via wifi with playstation on rest mode back home. Would be good to have an offline option to play it like the psp.

Was sure about the PlayStation portal when I first bought it but now it’s my main way of gaming.

Absolutely love using my PS Portal around the home as my ps5 is upstairs in the bedroom, so if the kiddo and wife are downstairs in the living room I can game out while they are using the living room tv. Definitely make sure your ps5 system is hardwired to your internet, it helps the Portal to run much smoother.

If you have high speed internet this very cool piece of tech may be for you. It does have limitations such as no bluetooth and no web browser or ability to load streaming services. Really strange in that regard. Hoping they correct with firmware/software updates.

It works flawlessly to remote play my cosole when visiting my parents for the holidays, way easier than lugging my console over when staying for a long weekend! No input lag or noticible difference compared to playing on my tv at home. It did take some time to get used to the wider feel of the controls but it is as comfortable as a regular controler.

This made and awesome present for my brother he goes everywhere around the house with this.

Works great for RPG games, call of duty you feel like leak between the console to the portal

If you don’t have good WiFi coverage this item is a waste of $. Other than that I enjoy playing in other rooms of my house without being stuck to one room. The WiFi is the key to successful game play it will lag on sports games and timing it key with those games.

Very cool just would like if it came with a carry case. Make you have a PlayStation to play
