Love the size and make of the handheld but plying games on it were terrible. Every game we tried to play was glitching no matter which wifi connection we were hooked up to.

I love it for when I’m at work or some where with great WiFi that i can use to play my games when I’m not home. It’s also good if you want to be mobile around the house.

Too laggy and slow must be my internet connection but I have a gig internet speed

Nice for people with a good internet connection who travel or who don’t want to hog a tv all day. The only issue is connecting to public WiFi spots with a landing page. The portal doesn’t have a WiFi browser so you won’t be able to connect if you need to accept terms.

Works great if you have solid WiFi. Can be a little touch and go in some hotels.

Love it, I'm able to play my playstation anywhere in my house conveniently. I can play while the kids watch stuff on the main tv while remaining in the same room as them. Only wish it was portable and could take it places without the console.

I bring this everywhere! I love being able to play my games on my ps5 anywhere I go. I often go to the lake and this has been great to bring for the rainy days where you’re stuck inside. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up! Highly recommended for all. Now you do not need to own ps5 to use this. But you have to pay hefty annual membership price

This is perfect for me cuz im a father of a baby so once i sent my baby to sleep i can play my ps5 on my portal and stay in my bedroom with my wife and sleeping baby. Is not for everyone but for sure is perfect for some specific needs

This device is great. If your looking to play your playstation 5 games on the go this is the way to go. It works very well on a mobile hotspot running at the 5ghz speed. Paired with the pluse explore ear buds and you can game anywhere youd like as long as you have a connection.

I’ve got 3 kids and finding time to play on my tv is tough…this is a great remedy. Also if you have bluetooth headphones (pulse 3d) and are close to your system you can mute the portal and listen straight from your PS5. This was a game changer and saved me $200 by not having to buy the new headphones.

It is a great device and suitable for kids and travelers. Ensure your PS5 is connected to the net via wire, not wireless.

Lags even with good internet and wired connections. No bluetooth. Limited but i like the attempt to bring psp back. Just not it though. Lags sometimes doesnt turn ps5 on…..

With the new update why wouldnt you grab one! It was made for those that cant seem to find time to play.

Had an issue with the peoduct, but best buy’s customer service was top notch.
