When this thing is connected to good wifi , it works flawlessly. I wouldn't say it's for people who travel around alot as sometimes the wifi connection is so bad it's pretty much unplayable. I went to 1 friend's home and it worked great, went to a different friend's place and the connection wasn't good. So unless you're going to purchase a separate hotspot to carry around, connection will vary. If you just want something you can sit on the couch with in your home or lay in bed, i recommend it.

When it works it works great but when it doesn't it quickly becomes frustrating, but i have had more fun and played more games than before and the frustration is few and far between

Super overhyped, I finally got my hands on this device and I was super under impressed. You need to have a solid connection so that there’s no noticeable video quality drop.

Works about as well as thought it wood. Nice screen, feels good in hands. Perfect for playing in the bathroom or sneaking out to the garage for a quick game.

If your wifi is not perfect GTA 5 looks and sounds terrible. It can work better if you have wired internet for the ps5 and wifi for the device.

With the schedule I have it’s hard to play games at home, but thanks to this I can play in another room in the house or even when I am at a family event. overall I’m so happy I got this!

The Portal works exactly as i wanted it to. Being anle to play my PS5 anywhere in the house has been great. Just make sure your PS5 and the Portal have a strong internet connection. Plugging the PS5 directly to the router helps a lot.

He likes it .. i get my TV back … Win Win .. now he wants a 4gb “card” for inside PS5 .. apparently you can’t play “cloud “ games though the PS5 .. u must download the full game “shrug” - i have no idea …

Product feels good works alright majority of time is lagging.

1 player games without having to play against someone online work amazingly! It was the thing I didn’t know I needed. Graphics are great and the big screen is very helpful. You do need a fast wifi connection for it to be succesful.

It looks great. However, this thing will not hold a wifi connection. I have no issues with wifi connectivity on PS5, TV, PC, etc. It's been unusable for me because it's constantly losing connection. Hoping Sony can do some kind of fix via firmware. I've had 5 seconds of gameplay, literally. If they are able to fix the wifi connectivity this is easily 5 starts and, in my opinion, great value for the price. Hardware wise it feels great. Screen looks great, although OLED would have looked a lot better.

We didn’t care for this. We were under the impression this was a handheld ps5, but it is basically to mirror your existing ps5 on the same WiFi connection. We ended up returning for this reason and buying an Xbox instead.

Very difficult to connect to the home PS5 while out of the house. When it does connect it lags.
