I buy it for my boyfriend and he is happy with it now he can play what he want anywhere !

At first I was disappointed it was lagging a lot then I did my research and bought the Ethernet cable connected it from the router to ps5. Running smooth now.

the resolution for games like FIFA 25 is not good and it crashes a bit

We are a 1 TV household and this gets me arpund all thr Dancing With The Stars and Paw Patrol madness each day. Restore my sanity! This device comes through for me.

I'm actually surprised by how often I use my Portal. It's really convenient and if you have a solid internet connection, then I recommend it.

I use this thing a lot, that's great experience I love it it's way better than remote play on my phone hands down

It doesn’t do 4K or 120hz. You have to consider stick drift. I use my Dual sense edge with my IPad Pro. It does the SAME THING with a bigger screen and I can play IPad games that are on my hard drive. I took it back after a couple weeks and use my iPad Pro. It’s the same thing but better. I can listen to music, play games, play Apple games, use my dual sense edge, have a bigger screen, etc.

It’s an all around good item but, when I’m around the house I’m getting constant network errors. All while I have good internet to support this, also it’s not the best if you don’t want to take it out. I would recommend the backbone it has the same features as the portal but you can also play Xbox, steam, or mobile games and to top it all off the backbone is much more affordable.

It’s really cool addition to the PS5. However, I wish it was a stand alone device. But, it’s really cool to use it without a tv. Very cool and fun to play !!!

This the beginning of a new era eventually xbox will attempt to compete but this device is doing what it should remotely access your ps5 best for traveling gamers

Does what it’s supposed to do. Works great and looks amazing very convenient. Have had a few connections problems but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easy.

Works good most of the time, about the experience of remote play from other devices. Would recommend as long as your internet exceeds the minimum requirements.

Does everything it says it’s gonna do I have no issues with it. I only took off a star because the connection sometimes is hard.

I really enjoy the Playstation Portal, it is an accessory, but if you have children or a significant other who wants to watch movies this is a great secondary device.

So much fun. I love being able to play while my son get to use the TV. I no longer need to be in front of the TV to get the High Quality visuals of PS games.

Never thought it would be used as much as I actually do. Quality all the way. Wish it supported certain functions like web browse.

The best thing to have if you have kids. They can watch tv and I can still game while I watch them.

Dont listen to the people that give this thing 1 or 2 stars. My kids take this thing everywhere, as long as there is wifi you can play it miles away from home.
