Boyfriend loved his gift!! Portable while in the room and now play next to me in bed.

The overall build of the PS Portal was good quality for the price, however, it was very laggy despite being connected to strong stable internet (300 mbps+). After not being able to fix the issue, I had to return it because it remained the same.

Perfect handheld for playing at home! Playing on the tv isn’t always possible so this is a perfect way to play when the tv is being used.

Great for home use with good WiFi. Seems weaker connection outside. Handles better than the switch due to the controller design

The unit works as advertise. It’s great if you want to use it on the go, or if you’d like to use it in a different room from your console.

Product by Sony = Great. Service by store personnel not good, price match was not honored. Was told it would be honored but it was not. Stated that they couldn’t honor the price match that is promoted they honor.

Great for what it is built for. No issues connecting or streaming but we have fiber internet service.
