If this product worked successfully with zero connectivity issues, it would be 5 stars and worth the cost. I have very high speed internet, and tried everything to prevent the lag. Nothing worked. I was so disappointed when I had to return it.

Keeps disconnecting from PlayStation while playing online. A few connection issues. Other than that everything works fine.

I wanted to use this without the PS5 fully on. This thing is supposed to work anywhere since the update and as long as the PS5 is not off but in sleep mode. Does none of that...not well anyway. Lag is horrible and resolution is trash. Use your phone and buy the backbone style controllers.

It’s good . You have to always have internet! So my son didn’t like for that reason only, Orher than that it’s good.

The concept of ps handheld is great but this did not deliver as one. I have great internet and at times ill still get flickering and buffering

The product overall works well if you have decent wifi. Quality control with the new smaller joysticks needs to be addressed though. Rotating the sticks makes a clicking noise and feels awful

You cannot play Fortnite unless you are connected to your console, which defeats the purpose of having a handheld/remote player to free up the tv. Also, there is no search option for the games that actually are available to stream; you have to browse through the whole list.

Would be a great item, if it didnt have to be streamed. if you are used to a fast seamless gaming expereince, this wont cut it for you.

It might be great but fedex never got it to me. Not all best buy fault but everybody knows fedex not that reliable. 3 stars for the refund.

Tried this out for a few days and it’s a good product. It looks nice it’s really lightweight. It doesn’t feel heavy on your hands but the issue I have with it is that it has lots of lag I mainly play first person shooters online and even the most minimal leg makes a difference so this I couldn’t really recommend for online play but I could see a casual player using this for story based games where it doesn’t really affect the game if it’s laggy

It was good to have. Limited use depending on WiFi connection. Not that great when WiFi connection isn’t stable.

I really loved the idea of the PlayStation portal. However, the micro stuttering was difficult to ignore. I ended up returning to the store.

It’s okay. Definitely requires a strong WiFi signal especially when away from home.

Very cool piece of tech. The connection needs to be more reliable to get the full experience for the device.

For what it does, it does well. It just doesn't do much and having to buy their own headphones because the exclusion of BT.

It's good but buttons tend to get stuck on the portable. But it is fine when you are on the road.

Good for the collection or to say "yea I got it" ..beside that, I'm rich, I been streaming on my Steam Deck, Rog Ally, Logitech thing a ling!

Been pretty laggy so far, had an update and it helped some. Recently upgraded wifi will try again
