Overly complicated and games look so bad on this screen

Thing is 100% grade A Sony junk. Had the thing for a week and worked fantastic, did everything I wanted it to do. All of a sudden go to boot it up, thing refuses to connect to the my PS5. Sony nerd team is as expected completely useless. "Reset this, reset that" - The usual things I've already done 20 times. Then it's all of a sudden my routers fault. The thing worked good, right up until it didn't. A week long lifespan isn't a great use of $200.

Love idea for this product! Its great when its working but the connection is very poor even when close to the the wifi router and the PS5.

Not sure what they were going for with this after already launching the PSP years ago. This is pretty much a complete waste of money. Even with strong WiFi the streaming quality is…. Streaming quality. It’s pretty to look at and comfortable to hold, but I wasn’t a fan of playing PS5 games in laggy low quality. I’ll wait out a fully portable handheld in the future.

I picked up my Midnight Black Portal yesterday. There was and still is no option to add a Geek Squad protection plan. This option only exists with the White Portal. Why? If you click on the WHITE Portal purchase page, you will see options to purchase a Geek Squad protection plan, just below the “Add to Cart” button. Now click on the BLACK Portal purchase page. There are no Geek Squad plans available. The White and Black Portals are identical in all ways, except for color. What is going on here? I will bs returning my Midnight Black Portal unless an option to purchase Geek Squad protection is added.

Save your money is a cool idea, but it doesn't do its job it lags and disconnects all the time no matter how excellent your WiFi is I honestly regret buying it

If you have rough wifi connection its almost impossible to play games smoothly

I thought the system was gonna be awesome but I couldn't get it to stay connected to my PS5 or my Internet even after getting help from support.

It's good but not great, if you have a strooong wifi signal wherever you go then its a good product if not its frustrating. Keeps dropping game connection

Good idea and the product looks great. As many others said, connectivity and lag are regular. You should just be able to connect to the internet and play smoothly. Mine is being returned.

Has a hard time connecting to my PlayStation. Kinda frustrating when you are in the house….

Disconnects often, would be better if it had Bluetooth. Good quality, annoying when I'm playing a game and it constantly disconnects.

It's good if you have a fast home network and you're sitting near your router. It drops a lot of frames.

It’s ok ! lots of connection problems and lagging even though I have 6e router modem combo connection- pairing is crazy hard

dont really see the point in using this its really a waste of money, but its only good sometime went on vacation and it didnt work.

Took too long to receive it Christmas came and went and my kids did not get it from Santa they were not happy about Santa/BB late delivery.

Ok console just didn’t really do much more than a backbone or something like that.
