Very impressive screen. The only issue I am still facing is the device doesn’t connect to my PS5 when I’m outside and away from home.

Constant connection issues. Some people have zero issues and some have a ton issues. It’s really hit or miss with this thing.

It had its pros and its cons. But enough cons where I’m about to go return this.

Honestly disappointed in this product. Its specifically made for remote play but doesnt have a web browser. My fiance bought this for me for christmas so i could still play while im out of town for work. Well without a web browser you cant access hotel wifi. Sony really dropped the ball on this one for sure. What am i suppose to do? Sit in a different room of my house to play my ps5? Whywpuld i do that ifvim in thr same house as my ps5?

Well made product but serious limitation (i.e. can't play away from home)

It works well but sometimes drops the connection and even when it works well, it is laggy.

This PS5 accesory is HOT GARBAGE! Even standing rihht next to your router tour gaming experience will still have lag. Forget playing shooters online like COD. Salute to Sony for stealing $199 from me by selling a mini screen with a controller on it. My Internet is 1026 mbps and still get lag and my console is hard wired. SAVE YOUR $$$

Well unfortunately my left analog stick went out a couple weeks ago so there's that! Haven't even gotten a good year out of it yet. Ridiculous

Pretty cool gadget if you have good Wi-Fi and it was more portable outside of home.

Save your money. 1gb hard wired internet speeds to the ps5. And ps portal connected to 5gz WiFi up to 800mb downloads and it still loses connection and lags an pixelates. Cant use as remote control only, has to be connected to wifi and have remote play connected. Good idea but doesn’t work well enough. Wish it would have an option to connect straight to the ps5 w/o internet or WiFi, almost like the Wii U and gamepad. Also wished i was able to use it as spare controller with out remote play or WiFi. Also it’s a streaming device but can’t stream YouTube from the ps5. And some setting can’t be adjust in remote play from the portal. This should be 99$ just for the quality build. This will end up being a flopped device unless Sony opens it up to everything the ps5 can do. And let us use it as just a controller without remote play or WiFi. Also it won’t connect to T-Mobile hotspot without setting up the WiFi manually by punching dns numbers .

This is so close to be good, however I feel like PlayStation didn't fully think this out. It only works with the PS5 counsel on, and even though I have strong WiFi going to both the counsel and the portal it is very glitchy and jumpy. I usually have to restart both devices a few times before I get a "good" connection and can play un-interrupted

Product feels good and all but cannot get it to connect to ps5. Bought twice thinking it was a faulty the 1st time but the cant get the 2nd one to connect either. Made sure my ps5 was in remote play enabled and checked every possible way to connect but no luck. I understand there’s bugs that interfere but it should not be that difficult especially if its a device that was made for that specific device.

Experienced bad connection problems on multiple different WiFi connections, sometimes doesn’t turn my ps5 off after shutting down

I just have to ask myself why Sony made this product. It should have been a standalone product. The remote connection to the PS5 is simply not stable enough. I am on Xfinity 1gig internet and I can be sitting next to the router and it still has connection issues. Overall the product looks and is great…but I give the lower rating due to connectivity.

Works well as a streaming device at home. huge misses on not being able to connect to hotel wifi or bluetooth

Connectivity is unimpressive. Leads to massive tearing and lag.
