Big hassle to use, especially with more than one account. The conenction is horrible, even when sitting right by your PS5.

Awful terrible piece of junk it won’t ever connect or stay connected cuts out of middle of games I will never buy one of these ever

I assume that this portable would be nice for certain people, just not for me. I dont like that it depends on your ps5 instead of being a stand alone device.

Not a good purchase it does not work like a handheld game. You need a PS5 and if you don’t have one, then you’re gonna only be able to download games and that requires a membership.

I was thrilled to buy the PlayStation, but the excitement didn’t last. After only two days of use, the left thumbstick on the controller stopped working up and down (although it still worked side to side). Thinking this was just a rare issue, I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one. Unfortunately, the replacement had the exact same issue—this time within just a few hours of gameplay. For a product at this price point, it’s frustrating that Sony didn’t make the controllers detachable or the thumbsticks easily replaceable. It’s a shame because the console itself was a lot of fun, but I won’t be getting another if the controller can’t keep up.

Not very impressed. From a click left joystick to constant network connectivity issues. I ended up returning it.

It wasn't as good as i expected. Has a Lcd dead pixel the day I received it. Framerate is good but nongood enough for me.

This item was so glitchy, it was pixelated, it kept freezing. You have to make sure themat the tv and this thing are running with the same 720h. We had to lower out brand new tv to the 720h. And it didnt work it was horrible. It also kept loosing connection ans we were home in front of the playstation. We returned it the next day, after 6 months of waiting for one.

Consistently disconnected from wifi it was completely unusable so i returned it.

Its okay, i thought you can play this device by itself but you need the ps5 to be on.

It have a hard time getting on line with the playstation 5. You have to have the playstation on sleep mode. I was in NC it took a while to get it to work i am from MD. I in NJ now i can't get on i think it because i didn't hookup with in MD before i left. If it won't work on traveling it trashy.

Great for playing games but if your wifi sucks your out of luck. And sometimes its hard to log in remote in other locations

I do like the feel and looks on this portal..but I’m experiencing a WiFi lag on streaming games..don’t get one if u have a week WiFi.. hope soon will gets an new update will solve the issue..

This works great in my house but there is no way to connect it to hotel wifi so I need to hotspot from my phone.

Kinda useless can’t really use it unless your PlayStation is on

Takes forever to set up and then doesn’t work smoothly. I bought to play while I recovered in the hospital and it was never a smooth process to just turn on and play. Honestly for the price it should work by just signing in online and should not have to be paired to the ps5. I’m returning it today as I don’t see the point of this setup and requires too many steps just to get playing.

Not able to connect to hotspots right . Only seem to be working with tmobile

Within five minutes of turning it on it freezes, glitches, cuts off and sounds distorted.
