Fine product. Not the best quality. Still pretty fun

Screen is very dark, can only play when playstation is on rest mode, even with wired connection on ps5 and good wifi on the portal i was lagging, very minimal effort by sony

This desperately needs an update to be able to use streaming services.

Too slow on the play time like you are missing conection

Needs really good connection. Only really enjoyable on casual or solo player games. Found myself not using it as much as I thought I would. If you want to use bluetooth you’ll need to buys playstations own headsets which is an L. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

I think Sony swung for the fences and struck out. It is not a bad product. I just think there could have added more feature. If you have a PlayStation this isn’t a necessity buy. Unless you are someone who can’t live without gaming when you leave your house then I understand. But if you don’t have strong WiFi this thing is pointless

If you have an ipad and a controller. Its the same thung.

The portal price point is steep when the device is only as good as your internet connection. I was also disappointed that I could not play the device using different PS accounts (e.g. my kids can't play it using their accounts). Backbone is probably a better option.

It feels and looks great but it will depend on how good your wifi is for it to stay connected.

Honestly, wasn’t what I expected. Delay was pretty rough when playing multiplayer games. The console had a nice feel to it, but ultimately fell short.

Super laggy all the time but even worse out of the house, wish it was a true portable having to be remote play to the ps sucks

I'll be honest. Its ok. It's not too bad. It lags out every now and then. I don't think its worth 200 for it. Price should be at least 80-90 bucks. Sony is tripping for that. To me it's basically a better version of the backbone.

The devuce is very well built. It feels really nice in your hands and the display is crisp and colorful. My biggest complaint is that it connects VERY slowly. It takes several minutes for the picture to clear up after connecting. I ended up returning it because it did not fit my needs.

It’s a cool device but it isn’t what I thought it was. I knew it didn’t have its own software and with my experience, my system is hardwired into the network and the delays were noticeable enough to affect my online gameplay. Mostly COD and destiny 2

Overall, have had it now a year and still cannot get it to connect to WiFi. Have not been able to actually use the device one single time.

Not as I thought it would be just sits there as a paper weight:(
