 dislike it because u can use anywhere u have to use it at that is dum if u make something like do like the psv or like switch can’t even play game out side come on no wonder switch makes the top seller 

Couldn’t hold gameplay for more than 5-10 minutes at a time without losing connection. Feels great in hand but slightly smaller than the regular controller. It had potential I guess

Not worth 300 when you can do the same for free on a PC. Remote play is already laggy. This is just a controller with a screen. My tablet works better than this

I had to return it twice, I felt like a I got bad ones because my brother has it and it works great for him

Absolute Money grab trash piece of equipment there ar no actual functioning features other than being able to play your PS5 through this device and you’re PlayStation actually has to be on to use it that is just ridiculous so if I wanna play my game and I’m away I need somebody to be home to turn it on so the portal can connect. You can’t watch movies and the only headset compatible with it are the earbuds this is the biggest waste of 200$ ever I feel bad my wife bought it for my birthday she could’ve just saved money and we could’ve went and got steak sincerely, Mr.P.S.A ( Very upset consumer)

Connectivity sucks. I def won’t recommend and it’s not really remote.

This thing will not connect to our ps5 when were out we even added a separate hotspot to take anywhere and not struggle with the internet connection but it just wont connect to the ps5! We have tried everything! I wasn’t able to return since my time frame to do so was over but its a horrible thing! Do not buy! Dont waste your money

Can’t use it while someone’s using the PlayStation can only use it on Wi-Fi. Better off getting a $200 monitor

Not worth it. In order to use it you need WiFi and gotta leave your ps5 on low power mode. So basically it’s on 24/7. Can’t use Netflix or YouTube. So yeah unless you’re going to use it at your house or have a great hotspot connection I feel like it’s not worth it. Rather wait until Sony puts out a new psp

Didn’t understand description product and was unable to return !

Device is very nice, but PS5 remote play is so bad it's unusable. 200-500ms of lag on a local network, dropped frames, constant stuttering, you name it. This network is optimized for in home streaming via Steam to Steam deck, and that works flawlessly. Less than 1ms latency according to its metrics and feels indistinguishable to playing natively. It's an ideal environment for remote play and the console is hard wired, but it plays like absolute trash no matter what I do with it.

Was able to successfully play it once and then it had connection issues. Best buy exchanged it for me but the new one still didnt work. Verizon changed permissions on my router hoping that would fix it but no luck. If you plan on using it off t mobile hotspot it will not work. Too many issues for a 200 dollar device. Wish sony put a higher price tag on it and made it function more like a Switch

Returned it not worth it for me. Getting old and my near sighted is more the issue.

I love Playstation but this portal wont stay connected and it takes forever to connect and when it does connect it dis connects.so fast and becomes a waste of time and money im very disappointed that i cannot return it for it was a final sale

Bad products ever of Sony. The game keep lagging and picture is flurry all the time even I have 1Gb Wifi. Dont recommend it.

It’s not a good product I tried for a moth and in my opinion it’s not something that you really need. No matter if u have a good internet connection the product is bad.

Con: Super slow, lag a lot Pro: light weight and easy to use

Had it for a couple days the PlayStation portal was very buggy. Part of it is due to wifi the overall experience was not good wouldn’t spend my money on this.

I wouldn’t recommend buying this even with really good Wi-Fi when out I was constantly reconnecting back to the system. So it just ruins the game play.
