Comfortable but latency ridden. Sync and power up time is not too long but waiting gets annoying real fast. The delay makes playing some games unplayable. Also, you cannot stream games from the Sony subscription nor the Sony video library. These two shortcomings are big reasons why I chose to return this device.

This thing doesn’t work. It’s a waste of money don’t buy it.

Hardware is amazing!!! But….. remote play is not it. I have very high speed internet but there was still lots of lag… :/

They should’ve just made it a psp instead of a remote play and shiuld had it where people have to pay to play on oline monthly

Does not work properly, wont stay connected to ps5 on the same wifi network or even in the same room!!!! Keeps saying "connection to ps5 lost" when it does manage to stay connected for a few secs it's constant lag

Terrible decision to buy remote play very laggy even sitting in same room with ps5 hard wire only good thing is the cloud streaming if you have premium but still not very much popular titles

Does not work well and doesn't make sense. It has one purpose - to remote pay your PS5 - and is super laggy. Cannot play any timing or quick moving games, even in the same house. Would not recommend. Looks nice and feels nice, but doesn't perform at its only function.

Try remote play on your phone first, if you don't mind the terrible input lag and a terrible experience at the same time the screen can't keep up and looks like garbage. The device itself is well built but Sony came up way short with the quality I look for when gaming I don't recommend this product I returned it the next day.

Bought it and returned it less than 24 hours later. I have gigabit internet and the test showed 450 down and 35 up. It was glitching and could barely stay connected. Thought it was my router so i sat right next to it and still. Did research and online it said to back down PS5 resolution from 4k to 1080p and still froze. Just not worth it and in my opinion i wouldnt waste your time or money.

You're better off getting a backbone for your phone

You can do this with your phone isntead of buying a screen with a controller has a considerable lag to play online like cod warzone and grand turismo

Only worth getting if you’re never home to play your ps5, perfect for traveling

My Rog ally connects no problem to my home network, my steam deck same thing. P.S. portal was good until it wasn’t had it for less than a month Always disconnected every ten minutes, if you go on Reddit and YouTube plenty of other people experiencing same issues. Still works great just not for me going to sell it for less than what I paid unfortunately

I bought this to play PlayStation 5 games. I do not own a PlayStation 5 and thought this would be a great on go Nintendo switch like product. I cannot play games?? Is their something wrong with this handheld? Some people on the Internet say you need a PS5 console. I cant play games and was a waste of money and time. The Nintendo Switch allows me to play games on the go.

The item was way to expensive for what little capabilities it has.

Not a great product. Feels good, the screen is really decent but doesn’t connect properly.

It freezes all the time and when it does decide to play, it lags. Not worth your money!
