I tried to place an order for the Portal 4 different times using different payment methods and it didn’t work. Finally once i called they placed the order but then the next day they cancelled it claiming i had mutliple orders in place which wasn’t true. The system is overworked and poorly maintained. Very dissapointed and wikl avoid buying from Best Buy in the future.

Lags and freeze all the time and crappie graphics.

Bought the portal to use while I’m away from home. Tried to use it while at a hotel and was completely unplayable. Tried again when I was home and it was still borderline unplayable in the next room over. Returned it days later

Plays great on my local network. Cannot get remote player to work on a different Wi-Fi

Only used twice and on the third time Right joystick stopped working 17th day of course next day after return policy. I didn't get the warranty but I mean come on it should have at least minimally last a year I have psp system that's been working since first day of release. Now it's just a big paper weight

Great concept, but not really practical. If you really want to play your game, just play it on the tv.

Its slick a waste of money man. Barely connects even if you have A1 network. Its a bit laggy too.

This was just as bad as ysing the backbone. Everytike i used it regardless of settings, ut always glitched and stuttered when playing. Never ran smooth unless i was on the menu! Do not recommend this trash!

Horrible. Doesn’t work as advertised. The functionality of being able to use while your PS5 is in rest mode doesn’t work at all. Very scuffed product that doesn’t function unless you are there in front of your PS5.

Product purchased didn't come with everything and tried to charge me for the replacement. So returned the product the same day.

It’s very disappointing, you must have your ps on rest mode if you want to remote play. And if you want to remove play you can just use your iPad or android tablet and works 10 times than using the PlayStation portal

Although the screen graphics are nice, the device NEVER stays connected! even when I'm close to router, which makes play extremely frustrating.

It constantly connect and disconnect to WiFi, I have other devices without any connection issues in my home network. The PS5 also connect perfectly to WiFi, the only device with this problem is the Portal. I restarted the router and nothing. I will return it tomorrow. I do not recommend it.

NEVER buy from Best Buy!!! Seriously, it should be the absolute LAST place you buy from. I bought this as a gift, I gave the gift a week later. It NEVER worked out of the box, but Best Buy has the worst return policy ever. F Best Buy

Had to return it. Very laggy device. I would not recommend it.

The remote player is not as advertised. It doesn't work! Setup was a bit frustrating as it would connect then disappear. Play was intermittent at best.

Its really laggy. If you dont have a good connection its basically useless since even with a good connection it lags.

This would be a great accessory if the connection was good
