If you plan to just play offline, this product is for you. It runs smooth for the most part but when playing online, it doesn’t run smooth. Even having very strong internet, i kept having lag or disconnects.

Ive had it for 1 whole day ans the connection is so bad. It lags and disconnects. You cant play any games without constantly having issues. Huge FAILURE!!! DO NOT BUY

Thought u could use it like a switch but it controls your PlayStation

Not very satisfied. It’s a great concept and the display and function work great but its not practical as it can’t be played on public WIFI so it defeats the whole purpose of it.

Doesnt connect to hotel internet it does not have its own internet Explorer.

Bought as a gift for a friend and turned out to be the Worst Buy ecer

Horrible device !!! save your money !!! Use your IPAD / IPHONE for remote play Running 2GBSP & hardwire and literally next to my system and this garbage devices always lags & disconnects

Sticks stopped workings after very few uses. Would not recommend

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas and it came defective, the right analog stick is not working. I called Best Buy and they would only offer a refund no replacement.

Not worth it. Just use your ipad or iphone. Literally the same thing. Just use the PS5 controller and you’ll have the same exact expirence on a larger screen (I use an ipad pro 13”).

Don’t not conect to ps5 I try different ways and look on YouTube and tell me same thing some people had same problem

I have very good internet and pay 125 a month and this think does not want to run right out of box to make it work u have to in ps5 turn a lot of stuff off no thank u

It keeps disconnecting even when I have a 1gb internet speed, is just a controller with a screen.

Taking it back had issue's with drifting out the box

The right joystick stopped working after 2 weeks, shortly after the return window closed. Would not recommend.

I tried it with 400-600mbps it at home i had. To be really really close to my ps5 to be able to play something without too much lag . Also deadzones are pretty bad

The worst laptop ever made in history. The PS 5 needs to be turned on for it to work, the screen is 60hz, horrible for playing

Meh. Cool device and idea, but the performance lacks. Streaming on the go isn't great. Way too much lag. Nice for playing your PS5 in the next room.

I don’t like it due to latency in online games like call of duty also i played offline game and it the same issue so it not work for me
