I had no idea that it mirrors your system. It’s a handheld that has to stay home with your system on. For some reason (my fault I’m sure) I expected for it to be playable outside. Might be good for young kids that can’t go outside, ever!

You must have high internet speed for this to work. It lags on my service of 600 mb/s. Pretty much unplayable on slower internet speeds.

You must have your playstation 5 on the whole time. And not only that you must have your ps5 connected to very good wifi land line. The lag and disconnection is awful.

Why was this released? I tried to like it, I really wanted too, but the second it started lagging and having connection issues while i was sitting next to my PS5 that’s on ethernet I put it back in the box- what a waste, release the PSP

Is not worth it the view of the graphics every time i m playing wz3 zombies i cant not open the map ro see where i m of my location and others games to

My son’s ps5 is located in his room and we have a wifi extender, however the connectivity is terrible. I have been reading that the PS5 has to be hardwired to the internet and have a top of the line extender in order for it to work. I tried to return the portal since my son has not been able to use it since I purchased it on Feb 16 and Best Buy will not allow me. Now I am out of 211 dollars. It sucks don’t buy from Best Buy or this product.

Have problems connecting to console and internet connecting issues

This is a waste of money do not recommend. If u have bad connection it wont work. Got mine and returned it not worth the $200.

Good for at home gaming if someone is using the TV. It does ok with every other aspect.

When i am home on the same wifi it is perfect no problem. But if you go to anywhere that ask for an extra step to connect to a wifi it doesn't work. So if you go to a hotel that needs you to put your last name and room number it will not connect

Only lasted 15 days and only used like twice the right joustick stopped working up and down function. Apparently it is a common thing so if u do get it get the warranty you will use it. I didnt cause i thought it would atleast last a year or something didnt expect it to break this fast

Why cant you play netflix or youtube on this? Something so simple can not be done? Come on sony

A total scam. Does not connect to PS5 unless directly touching it. Why would I want to look at an 8 inch screen when I could just look at my tv? Portable…….not so much. Total scam by Sony for crap.

Pointless piece of junk. Can only play when at home on your home WiFi. Bought it for my new job where I travel out of town for 3 weeks at a time and wanted to be able to play Diablo IV and can’t. Will be turning when I get home.

You should just spend the 1-200$ more on a steam deck, remote plays psn systems AND you get a full stand alone pc experience, as well as any emulation ypu want.. imagine that. SONY HAS GOTTEN LAZY.

Literally waited for bestbuy to launch this for 2 weeks. Then this morning watched it like a hawk. Nothing at 1am-now. So LUCKILY I was able to snag one on GameStops webside at 4:30am before they also sold out thanks to TechRadar and myself being up waiting on bestbuy. So you snooze you lose, best buy!

This is good but not for all the games is just for normal slow games

Pre ordered 10/17 have nothing no one helps me no product nothing no one has any answers i am beyond upset it is a birthday gift and was for today which is already a day after launch date and still have no info. If i could give a zero for customer service i would.

Made sure to preorder so when the release date came i wouldnt get my item. Thats why you preorder right? Or just to see all the reviews pop up on feed from people who already received them from best buy so i could see what i paid for and am not getting.

Was super excited to get this, but it's useless. Took about a half hour to get it to connect to the ps5, once it did it wouldn't stay connected. The screen would freeze for 30 seconds at a time while it tried to communicate with the console.
