Purchased last month and the item works as expected

I love the PlayStation Portal but I have a specific use case. My PS5 is in my living room and I want to play PS5 while in the bedroom while watching TV. This works well for this. The feel of the device feels great and it has a nice, large screen. I tried to use things like the Backbone but could never find a screen that was this large that would fix the Backbone. I really need to bigger screen to play these PS5 games. I can see this device could be a problem for someone that wants to play PS5 games outside the home. I have never tried doing this and don't see a use case where I would need to do that at this time.

I love my Playstation portal, it’s nice to be able to bring it on the road, it super easy to use my 6year old daughter is able to use it!

Easy on the go you’ll need WiFi tho but still easy on the go it was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend

The PlayStation Portal is a must have! I love this device. It makes it easy for me to play my PlayStation in bed while my wife watches something on the TV. One thing to note is that if you’re experiencing lag, make sure your PS5 is hardwired into your network. Once I did that all lag I experienced was gone. I was even experiencing lag standing next to my PS5 while getting 500+ Mbps wirelessly. Do I wish this device could play games independently of a PS5? Yes! But I knew what this device was and it does that task extremely well.

I get its a remote player and not an actual handheld console. Graphics are great when connected to really good wifi. I bought it too try and game on the go with my mobile hotspot, but even with full service of 5G+ I still had connection issues. Great handheld for gaming at the house when TVs are occupied. All in all its a decent handheld.

Great to have as a new father who can no longer game on the TV.

Good product but WiFi ain’t it. To be real it’s dope but if you don’t have a strong connection waste of money.

I love it but the sound is not great when gaming it’s only worth it when playing solo player games not for online use

it’s amazing!! but could be better like turn it into a device where you wouldn’t need to own a ps to be able to play ps games almost whenever we want. i like how there’s cloud stream to where we can kinda do that but it is kinda sad that those games are sometimes only temporary.

Great addition when you do not wanna move your consle around the house when you wanna play in another room.

The screen is huge. I like the ability to try new games on the streaming service.

With a PlayStation plus premium subscription, this device plays the streaming games very well. Very natural feeling in the hands. I wish the blacks on the screen were darker and a wider contrast but this is also only $200 and the display punches above that price point. My biggest complaint is the lack of compatibility with third party Bluetooth headphones. I know they want to sell other hardware, but I already have too many expensive headphone choices at home.

It was a hard to get one. After i use it, i do like its portability. However, It requires a high speed Internet, which is a limit

I love the concept and the screen is really nice. I also love the controllers but the WI-FI 5 on the device is awful. I have WI-FI 7 in my home and the gameplay was not good. For this reason, im returing it sadly. Hopefully they will update it and ill buy it again.

Runs smooth and picture looks great. You definitely need a very solid wifi connection for it to be reliable or it will get pixelated/lag.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Works great and looks amazing very convenient. Have had a few connections problems but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easy.

The representative who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in solving my problem rather than just rushing me through the line.

Well worth the wait. Screen looks great. Feels comfortable in my hands. I would suggest the PS5 hardline to the router. Battery life is good.
