This little device does exactly what Sony says it does…it’s a portable PS5. It’s a nice addition to the ecosystem and haven’t had any real issues accept connectivity in and out when using hotspot but none with WiFi. The kids use it mostly and they seem to enjoy it. It allows them to pretty much be anywhere in the house. Overall a very good investment and highly recommend.

Great product… it was rough at first, trying to play it on WiFi that’s when I went and got the Ethernet cord and the connection was way better.

Was able to snag this during the holdiay deals and so far for it’s everything I expected and more. I had no idea I could also stream games from my library! It’s a great companion device as lokg as you have an internet connection you are all set to play a ton of games!!

Great experience at Best Buy. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they made sure I found exactly what I needed. Checkout was quick, prices were fair, and the store was clean and organized. I also appreciate the easy pickup and return process. Definitely recommend.

Excellent portable device for the PS5. Make sure to run an Ethernet cable from your router to your PS5.

So far its been good. Some connection issues, but works well.

I bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it. I recommend it more for when you want to play solo games I don’t really recommend it for games like Rivals, Apex, Battlefield etc, because it is a slight delay.

Finally a portable player for my ps5. Screen and controller are excellent.

quality was good. screen big. wasn't too heavy. however- connection took forever at times even if i was in the same house. can't imagine how bad it would be if i was away from home, which was originally the whole reason i thought about getting one. also laggy during gameplay if wifi wasn't top tier

My son is very happy with this PSP, you will need wifi Connection to use in any place.

This is the perfect companion to the PS5. With the recent update that allows you to stream directly from the cloud with a playstation plus premium account, youll have planty of options to keep you entertained. The screen is gorgeous.

Absolutely beautiful handheld I just wish it had a batter stand alone option.

[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve had for a about 6 months already and it’s an absolute life saver. I have basic WiFi, 300 mb, and it runs perfectly. I’ve used it at hotels and it work just be sure to leave your PS5 on rest mode.

It's a great product unfortunately even with my fiber optic Internet any slight loss in signal results in unplayable quality and lag. I think with cloud it would have better use

Excellent item good choice of getting a ps5 but sucks it always disconnect me off the internet and not good to get it cause it doesn’t work that much!

Awesome graphics, love mine! So glad we are able to play it anywhere.

Great overall and solid device. The distance between the portal and console needs to be close to each if your using it from home. The quality will trickle down.
