Portal being at the same price as the edge controller outshines and out beats that in my opinion. Having feedback, the remote play screen in my hands has given me a new way to use my PS5 more. The screen, sounds and everything is great and well worth its price piint over many other accessories

I've waited for the release of this item and was a little disappointed that it wasn't "stand alone" enabled..But Sony has taken care of that and it now is.. Great gaming device!

build quality is great so is the screen but definitely make sure you have good internet if you plan on streaming from your PS5

It’s an extension of your ps5. Need to have a good wifi to fully utilize this handheld device.

Convenient way to play PS5 games away from a TV. Screen is large for a portable with crisp colors and resolution. Only minor quibble is it takes a minute to connect to my PS5, but once it does it runs smoothly.

It’s very nice and sleek, obviously the feel is different from the actual ps5 controller but overall he liked it. Very convenient because you don’t necessarily have to be in the same room as the console itself.

Absolutely love this thing keeps me busy and entertained when at my daughters tennis practice or when wife is watching tv.

Its definitely not for everyone and it shouldn't be a replacement for your controller and monitor but the portal lands in between when you find yourself needing to be in a different room or when your are away from your ps5 and you still want to grind out a couple of hours of gaming. It works perfectly for me i get little to no input lag with meh internet

Even if you only have one tv you can still play your PlayStation 5 and watch your movies thru tour cable network! This device is a PS5 on the go with your account. Lets say your cousing want to play your play station with his own account, well he can just by making a account in the PlayStation. He can play while your not playing. So is family shared device is great !

Omg i cant say how wrong i was about this product the screen is vibrant and colorfull and you can literally play with a good internet connection competitive games like battlefield and call of duty. The controller is amazing the haptic feedback triggers are on another level

Great system. Love that I my son can use the hand held console when he is out of town for work as opposed to having to pack up his whole system.

A very enjoyable addition to your PS5 ecosystem. The quality and ease of use could not be matched. As you may have seen, it does not work with Bluetooth, only Sony’s proprietary headphones. There is a 3.5mm jack, however and the speakers are good enough. Overall, still a great option if your TV use is limited when sharing with family members.
