This device is AMAZING! Was hesitant about purchasing one of these at first. Did some research and made absolute sure that my internet connection had the juice for playing games on it. Everything about this purchase makes me happy! PS5 games in bed…c’mon!

Very cool and nice to have since the beta release. Just wish you could at least listen to Spotify while you play games.

It is fun to use my only problem with it is when I connect it to my Play station the graphics sometimes get worse so you have to disconnect it and then re connect it but other than that it’s good

Just as the box stated the Portal was in excellent shape. Had all items in box and saved some money what more can you ask for.

Not bad for an on the go game. Cant quite hook it up to my hotspot but all in all not too shabby

I bought an open box excellent condition and it didn't even look like it had been used. The only downside is the Portal has to be on the same network as the PS5 but if you only have on TV it allows you to play without taking up the TV.

[Employee of bestbuy] when i first purchased, i was skeptical. You do need an really good internet connection and it does require your ps5 to be in rest mode, and connected to wifi, but if your ps5 is hardwired to the router, it should be no issue. There was a recent update that makes the portal its on device persay, as long as you have the Premium tier of PS Plus, you can stream games directly from the cloud, no PS5 needed. The catalog right now isnt to big due to it being in beta, but it definitely makes it worth it now

Wow, cloud gaming is the future! I am so bought in as I can just pick a game on start on the fly. Great for busy professionals who just want to get lost on a quick game.

Works great no issues with network plays games with no issues

I'm disappointed in this product. WHEN it works its got great picture quality and operation, no conplaints there. The worst part is that it only connects sometimes and I have researched endlessly how to fix it...there are no clear solutions from playstation or anywhere for that matter. I have done all the complicated fixes as well as the simple, I also pay for an extra portable wifi device and line and it still only works some of the time.

I got this for my bf for xmas and he loved it. You don’t need a ps5 to use it it has a monthly subscription for $18. It’s very good quality everything works fine and we love it glad i made this purchase.
