I love this device. Sometimes connecting up can be sluggish. Overall it’s solid. You probably dont want to play your fastest FPS on it but its nice to have the portable when you just want to chill out with a classic game.

Great product I highly recommend just budget in a high quality WiFi hotspot if your using your ps portal away from home so it doesn’t lag bad an then you will be golden an can enjoy a great gaming experience!

Best ps5 accessory, it work best if you have a solid internet connection and your ps5 connected to Ethernet cable, also if you have a router with 5.0ghz antennas your PlayStation portal experience will be flawless.

The product is great.The experience of using it is great and my children are charming.

I have no issues with it. No lag issues. As long as your internet connection is stable, you wont have any problems. I play COD on it all the time and it plays great…dont expect tv or monitor quailty, but still looks amazing for a handheld

Took about 2 months to get but man it works. Only disadvantage would be the response rate as games are being streamed. It also has issues working when not on your same wifi, but that might be my unit. Either way, this is a great tool to play from bed.

Amazing device and pefrect for it’s purpose. The few issues about this device could be a make or break for a lot of people. First bluetooth isn’t supposed on this device, connecting headphones wirelessly isn’t possible (unless you have the sony headphones that are compatible with it). Second but most important is that this device doesn’t support web browsing. Most internet connection at hotels, coffee shop, ect wont allow you to connect until you accept term on a pop up window through a website. Unfortunately this doesn’t allow that at all making it even more limited of where you can take it. Moral of the story is when it’s good it’s great but when it’s bad it’s trash.

Depending on how good your WiFi is a home and the wifi u are connected to from the portable player affects how smooth the device operates but still a great product

When the internet connection is good, it runs fantastically. However with a sub optimal connection it can be a pretty rough experience. Charge lasts for a while and is very comfortable to hold while laying down.

In my opinion, perfect for families. When the kids or the Wife is using the TV just hop on the portal and play as long as you’d like. Great battery life great economics.

Loads fast! Nice large screen buttons are not loud and cheap like the back bone

I love it for when I’m at work or some where with great WiFi that i can use to play my games when I’m not home. It’s also good if you want to be mobile around the house.

I bought one for each of my sons and they love it he takes it everywhere with them

Build quality is absolutely awesome. The device is so fun to play when it works properly. Since it can only be used for remote play, keep in mind that you need to have the best high speed internet connection to get a stable, ongoing experience.

Works great daughter absolutely loves being able to play her games where she left off at from anywhere.
