Good and love it work good love playing with it all day

So far so good. I use it at home and it's flawless. I used it while on a trip across the country and it played amazing!

Convince at an all time Best. No lugging the entire system around. This just pick up an enjoy your play. I highly recommend this product to anyone in the gaming world!

I'm extremely disappointed with the PlayStation portal, and I'm not alone. As a long-time PlayStation fan, I expected a seamless and user-friendly experience, but what I got was a clunky, slow, and frustrating interface. Firstly, the navigation is a nightmare. The menu is cluttered, and finding what you need is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Simple tasks like downloading games or accessing settings become an ordeal. The slow loading times and frequent errors only add to the frustration. The portal's design is also visually unappealing, with a dated look and feel that lags behind modern standards. The layout is confusing, and essential features are hidden behind unnecessary layers. But what's even more disappointing is the lack of functionality. Basic features like game organization, friend management, and notification settings are either missing or poorly implemented. The search function is unreliable, and the store is a mess, making it hard to find new games or deals. Some other issues I've experienced include: · Frequent disconnections and errors · Unresponsive customer support · Poor optimization for different devices · Limited customization options Overall, the PlayStation portal feels like a step backward in terms of user experience. It's a shame, considering the excellence of the PlayStation consoles and games. I hope Sony takes user feedback seriously and revamps the portal to match the quality of their hardware and software. Recommendation: Until significant improvements are made, I recommend using the console interface or exploring alternative gaming platforms with more user-friendly portals.

Overall this is a great handheld device if you don’t like solely playing on a TV. The only other features that this is lacking is Bluetooth and a Web Browser, other than that it works great.

I finally have my TV back. Got this thing for on the road, but my kid can play the PS5 from the living room all the way across the house in his room. I love having my TV back.

Great product when it works. Screen is amazing and looks much better than when I remote play on my steam deck. Games that require low latencies don’t work too well but it’s perfect for casual games like jrpgs.

Loads me in very fast. A feast for the eyes if you’re a PlayStation fan. Only issue I have is it lags every time I connect to my ps5 when I’m far away.

Fantastic the kids love them and keeps them off the tv great device awesome product from Sony for your ps5 like a switch but you must own ps5 to utilize hope this helps everyone you have to own a ps5 to use PlayStation portals

Wife wants to watch TV? Too easy, switching from tv to the portal is fast and if you have good wifi streaming has little to no latency.

If you already have a Steam Deck, Ally, or any handheld, you're better off using Chiaki or Remote Play. You're only streaming at 15mbps max. Any motion, especially on the low quality LCD the portal is using, is gonna look like a smeary mess. Using Chiaki on my Steam Deck Oled, I can bump up the quality to 30mbps with roughly 2-5ms of input latency just like the Portal.

Great product if you have the Premium PlayStation plus. Can stream games from anywhere without having to connect to PlayStation 5 itself.

if you can somehow get perfect wifi connection, then it would be perfect itself. But it's using a WiFi 5 chip and the stuttering and scream tearing is relentless, even with the best routers. Tried everything.

Bought this gift for my brother he really enjoyed it.. just wish it would work outside the home..

Item is good and durable but connection is not great

The perfect device to keep your gaming experience alive! I love it. I play online survival games and I love to be able to keep up with my game play when I’m traveling! Easy to use and battery life is great!

By now most know the capabilities of this. Only plays on wifi, doesnt travel well for that reason, etc, etc. I knew this and knew i would only use it at home before bed or while someone else was using the tv. That being said I was cery excited. The hardware is a 5/5. Very cool design, same features as a PS5 controller with adaptive triggers, even the rainbow light effects. Very good and fun for arcade style games and RPGs. The cons: it is very hard to play precision games loke COD or Gran Turismo. Its hard to focus and there is minor but somewhat frequent lag (as expected playing these games over wifi, and yes, i have good wifi). Overall still glad i have it to play some relaxing rpg style games before bed.

Meh, I mean the controller feels awesome but the connectivity is lacking
