I would rate this a 2 star but I only used the streaming through the ps5 I haven’t used it through the ps plus premium subscription but through the ps5 on the go it wasn’t good to much lag endless your playing like a single player game but it worked alright pretty okay inside the same house with wifi and my ps5 pro is wired in too

He likes it .. i get my TV back … Win Win .. now he wants a 4gb “card” for inside PS5 .. apparently you can’t play “cloud “ games though the PS5 .. u must download the full game “shrug” - i have no idea …

Horrible connection to the ps5. Even after internet upgrades and hard wiring the ps5. Works fine on cloud games though.

Had an issue with the peoduct, but best buy’s customer service was top notch.

It was a gift for my husband. He likes it, you will have to buy an annual membership to be able to connect.

Very useful when wanting to play games and laying in bed. Make sure to have good internet and that your PlayStation is close to the router. Connection will drop if it’s far from it.

If your wifi is not perfect GTA 5 looks and sounds terrible. It can work better if you have wired internet for the ps5 and wifi for the device.

This requires a premium subscription to be able to play without overriding play on the PS5. We purchased so both my sons could play together but found out that isn't possible without paying an additional $160/year subscription. Returned and purchased an additional PS5.

The quality is amazing until like someone else in your household is playing a game then your quality goes down.

They updated it recently to be able to stream play games without the need of a PS5. Now its an even better product.

Love Best Buy open box units, if it is listed as open box like new, its literally brand new just with the box resealed

Great for using at home, but not good for travel which is what I was hoping to use it for.

This device is everything wanted with the abilty to play your PS5 anywhere in the house with all the features of the dualsense. No slow down or lag. This was worth the purchase.

For what it does, it does well. It just doesn't do much and having to buy their own headphones because the exclusion of BT.

Thing is 100% grade A Sony junk. Had the thing for a week and worked fantastic, did everything I wanted it to do. All of a sudden go to boot it up, thing refuses to connect to the my PS5. Sony nerd team is as expected completely useless. "Reset this, reset that" - The usual things I've already done 20 times. Then it's all of a sudden my routers fault. The thing worked good, right up until it didn't. A week long lifespan isn't a great use of $200.

My son is an avid gamer and he loved the surprise of me gifting it to him!

Great gaming experience. Would highly recommend for playstation and gaming enthusiasts.

Solid screen and good performance on home wifi. Only issues is when you start a session it can get frame loss for the fordt few min. Occasionally it wont wake up the ps5 but you can simply power it on yourself.

Works as described! only con is that you need to have excellent internet if you’re planning on using the portal remotely if not you’ll be struggling to stay connected
