Had really high hopes but i feel the portal was not what i expected. Was hoping it was capable of streaming away form home alot better than it does. This is truly a handheld for the house completely useless when your away from home.

Horrible doesn’t work properly and so slow. Must have really high speed WiFi or it’s just useless

This item was an open item it’s missing charger manual and it also stinks weird it was a present and know I can’t return item because of their 2 week policies . I’m a stuck with this used product the stench is horrible

I do not recommend it, you cannot use it if you are far from home, perfect for playing from the comfort of your bed, but either way you will experience lag.

Problems from the beginning I didn't receive my delivery then replacement came too late had to return

Ive had it for 1 whole day ans the connection is so bad. It lags and disconnects. You cant play any games without constantly having issues. Huge FAILURE!!! DO NOT BUY

Pretty cool idea but a complete waste of money. Would not recommend for anyone until you can actually download games to the device.

Item is trash if you don’t have excellent WiFi would not recommend

Sony can do better, psp outnatches this any day. Put a little bit more effort into it and really could start a whole new market behind this with the right added features and a couple tweaks to the software

I don’t like that you have to be paired to the PlayStation it makes it very inconvenient.

Does not stream games from my ps5 reliably. I can stream games from the libriary available to ps plus members, but not from my ps5. Ive tried all the different settings, unpluging the hdmi. It just doesnt work

Not very satisfied. It’s a great concept and the display and function work great but its not practical as it can’t be played on public WIFI so it defeats the whole purpose of it.

You cant play unless your system is on and it constantly disconnected from my playstation.

Horrible device !!! save your money !!! Use your IPAD / IPHONE for remote play Running 2GBSP & hardwire and literally next to my system and this garbage devices always lags & disconnects

Not a good purchase it does not work like a handheld game. You need a PS5 and if you don’t have one, then you’re gonna only be able to download games and that requires a membership.

Nothing but issues with it tryping to play COD. Its ok at the house, but when im nit home, it is useless. Lots of error messages. Then, got thise fixed.  dislike it because u can use anywhere u have to use it at that is dum if u make something like do like the psv or like switch can’t even play game out side come on no wonder switch makes the top seller
