Bad service

My purchase was sent to a random incorrect address and I was told multiple times I would get my package, the PlayStation portable shipped to my correct address in Philadelphia and it was sent to Illinois. Terrible service and will never buy from Best Buy ever again. The customer service agent must of sent my package to himself because I purchased it through invoice.
