i enjoy using this everyday on the go at work in the car at my cousins for holidays

Works great, bought it for my husband for xmas hasnt put it done.

Great product. If you have PS5 and play a lot of single player games or quick matches to play without TV. This makes my TV free and still game while watching mvovies on TV.

I love the idea of this product, however its not what I was hoping for. It is a great concept, similar to the steam deck, but it isn't quite there. It works pretty good around my house with my internet, however there is still input lag. At my house I tested the portal by playing madden 26 and Call of Duty Black Ops 7. Both games with great internet connection, I have input lag. My second test I spent some time at a relatives 7 hours away from my console. I experienced minor connection issues (took a little longer to connect than usual), lag, and still have the input delay. Now my relatives internet is not great, explaining the lag, but the input delay is what is lowering my rating. Despite being 7 hours away from my console or 2 feet away, the input delay seems to be the same. This product might not work the best for games like madden and Call of Duty, but those are the games I play. I would not recommend this product if you plan on using it for these games. Unfortunately, I don't know how well it functions with other games. Overall, I think this product could be great in the future with some updating. I look forward to an improved version.

I like how I can just lay in my bed and play but it’s mostly better for single player games you can play multiplayer but you may lag overall I Enjoyed this purchase

Like the portal. Don’t use it as much as I thought I would but it is nice for when you’re on the go. Don’t like how it won’t turn your console on only wakes it from rest mode. Overall pretty good tho.

Honestly surprised with how well this looks, plays, and feels in the hands.

I bought this on impulse and after playing it i have no regrets. Eventhough I'll mainly use this at home sometimes you don't necessarily feel like being in front of your tv. As long as you understand what it is and isn't i think you'll really enjoy it.

It's great and works well. The only issue is the connection to Wi-Fi. If you don't have any good internet or if you're in an area with weak or needing a password, you may run in to issues using it. Also, it's a streaming device & not handheld like the switch.

great product but much better after the Sony update to make it a full fledge cloud gaming machine.

Very good playability overall if you have playstation plus premium subscription

This is in no way an official song handbeld lime a psp or the ps vita but if does allow you to remote play your ps4/5 games as well as join the cloud streaming beta so yoh can play backwards compatible games from the premium plus catalog if you have a premium membership. The PS Portal connected to my internet with zero problems. There was an instance where it wouldn’t connect but after a restart of both the ps5 and the portal the 2 devices connected again no problem. The better your wifi is in your home or whatever wifi yoh connect to the better your connection will be. So far this device has been an awesome handheld for playing my ps5 games in different rooms in my house. I would definitely recommt this device to any gamer looking to lound around in different areas of their homes or even gojng on vaction. Its very reliable in the experience I’ve had with the device. I can only see this getting better with future updates. Hopefully Sony will add an update to allow gamers to use any future bluetooth headset but for now the only thing gamers can do it shell out another $200 for proprietary earbuds with the PS Link technology to easily allow a connection for audio and chat or use a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Either way, i trust song will listen tk its community and make the correct decisions to make the device better in the future. For now, it is what it is. A remote play device designed to exacltly that and does a great job of doing.

Love this thing. Smooth remote play, crisp screen, and super easy setup. Perfect for when I wanna game without hogging the TV. Highly recommend.

Awesome handheld wish it had ability to put games in it directly

Got this as a gift from my wife as a way to stop taking up the main TV. Was skeptical at first, but it works great. I have more issues from my Internet provider than the device itself. Plus with the new update you can use cloud gameplay!
