It’s Easy to use and as long as I have WiFi I can play anything

The portal is great. My only complaint is for when the wireless has a hard time keeping the connection. Not that this is a problem on the divices side but its the only negative ive run into.

Ive bought this and was excited to move around the house but it is a bit laggy. Ive tried different wifi strength but same deal. Ok over all.

Purchase it for my son when he is away from home and the only complain he has is that sometimes it can conect remotely and sometimes it does not after doing everything that could fix the issue it semms to be just a glitch somewhere in the portal software eventually hoping they fix it with an update

I really enjoy being able to play some of my games handheld. However, sometimes the connection between the Portal and my PS5 is rough or slow so some games are more difficult to play than others sometimes. Overall though I really like it.

I really love the user friendly approach it has, and I use it more than my Ps5 now .

Everything works wonderfully when streaming, slight latency depending on internet speed, Cloud gaming beta makes this a must have for those with a PS Plus subscription

This couldn’t be a better handheld it is so easy to use and I love being able to play my PS5 on the go. The game play looks like a movie! I just love it.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Works great and looks amazing very convenient. Have had a few connections problems but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easy.

A nice little device that lets you play your Playstation games without having to use a TV. Would be awesome if you didn't need to have a Playstation 5 or an internet connection to play some of these games, but it works great as intended.

Works exactly like they said it would, I knew this was not a 100% portable system but I still am satisfied!

Really good product usefull if you live in a small place and someone else is using the tv you could use this device and game.

Works great and I use it all the time because the tv I have my PS5 hooked up to is the prinary tv for the house. I do have a few issues. 1. You can’t change profiles easily, you have to sign out of your account on the portal and sign into another. 2. You can’t watch videos on it. I wouldn’t have expected this to be a problem but some games have cutscenes or short scenes that can’t be viewed on the portal. 3. Accessory options, I’d like a case and a screen protector or maybe a clip on power bank made for the portal but there aren’t many options. The few options i did find aren’t official.
