As a busy parent, the portal has allowed me to use my PS5 a lot more.

Its okay, was expecring beeter had to be next to my console to play . Then when away did not work well , very laggy and pixelated

Bored line unplayable. Consistent lag spikes and frame drop. Console will freeze whatever you’re playing for seconds at a time every few minutes. Tried every recommendation on fixing it. Every review says use lan but it’s still not playable. It is comfortable to hold and good quality but doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work.

Honestly, it has potential, but I believe it's ahead of its time. You really need a ps5 for this. That cloud gaming will need expensive subscriptions and the games are not good. I'm a PlayStation fan. But Xbox game pass wins this one and I didn't need to device.

This product is a great ADDITION to the PS5. Item is not Bluetooth capable, can only use PS product (headset) with device. Someone else cannot play your Ps5 while this device is in use.

I'm still amazed at how well it works. It helps that I have 1 Gig internet at home and also have the PS5 connected directly to the router.

Great screen and wireless performance, much better than running Chiaki on a Steam Deck. Worth it if you want to use your PS5 more.

It’s an all around good item but, when I’m around the house I’m getting constant network errors. All while I have good internet to support this, also it’s not the best if you don’t want to take it out. I would recommend the backbone it has the same features as the portal but you can also play Xbox, steam, or mobile games and to top it all off the backbone is much more affordable.

this device is awesome, my son really loves it because it gives him accessibility to his favorite games while on the road.. only bummer is that the ps5 has to be on in order to play it

Great purchase, make sure you already own a ps5 before you purchase. Its great for when you just want to play handheld mode. Beautiful screen and great sound.
