Love it. Mobile ps5. Great ergonomic shape. Very user friendly.just needs to be a device and not streaming system.

doesn't connect to the ps5 all the time, the system is very glitchy. I'm not able to stream the games I play. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone

A neat Controller. Look's good . It has Hits & Misses. Remember it's a Wi-Fi Gig U need a good strong signal. On the go your choice. TV Screen got your eyes. look's so sweet. But you. Do need a PS5 Companion !. To set it off. Good Luck !.

Great Product, Basically the PS5 Controller with a Screen. Only concern is what do you do when stick drift ensues? Cant change the sticks like the Pro Controller.

Bought for my husband. It lags a little while trying to game but that is expected with any remote play device.

Great controls, great display, easy to use software, but absolutely terrible streaming performance and quality. This product is HIGHLY dependent on having a fast and good connection to your Internet, both from the console itself and the Portal. If you can't plug an Ethernet cable into your PS5, you're guaranteed to have a bad time no matter how fast your internet is. I thought maybe it would be fine since this one is Sony's device and surely they'd make it work better than a phone with PSplay or their own streaming app, but nope. Any streaming sucks, even on excellent fast internet.

Wish it supported online entertainment services such as youtube

Didn't like the fact that you have to have your ps5 in rest mode to use…it has been in the box for almost a year. When it was purchased in Feb 2025 I it was a total rip off, now it's Feb 2026 and got it out the box because I heard it was an update where you can buy a subscription, which I did and it's still not woat I though it was going to be.…don’t waste your money if you're a gamer.

The only good thing about it now it’s probably the PlayStation plus game catalog only downside you need to have a good Wi-Fi

This was the best Christmas guest for my son. He loved it on Christmas Day. He said, this was the best gift ever. I tried my best to get one on release date and what no luck, but best buy was the win

Its ok but for games requiring the track pad its hard to manipulate.

Really good, great for work if they don't block it, make sure your ps5 is hard wired. Sony's headphones are great but too expensive. old apple headphones do just fine. Really good way to push downloaded games.

Sony made a good product for their service a dedicated player with haptic feedback only problem is remote play has and always will stink. The constant drops and lagging make this no fun. I’m returning it.

Pairs well with my PS5. Works well even a few rooms above the internet modem. No problems with connectivity through the ps5 or streaming games.

Now that they added option to work with hotel WiFi it’s a great choice if you don’t want to travel with your PS5, but experience may vary since it’s dependent on internet speeds on both ends.

Good product but only works on some games not all but overall its not bad.

Great purchase! Bought for my son and he uses every day. He says graphics are better than the TV.

Works well at home on my network. Not good if using hotspot. Some success on WiFi outside of home. Meant for home usage. That’s the reality. But pretty cool and who know what the updates will bring.
