My son loves the portal. He plays it all the time. He just complains that it lags sometimes.

I bought this with the expectation of using the portal while away from my physical PS5. And it has performed very well in that aspect. I have no issues connecting. I love the feel of the portal in the hand. I have no regrets. Just what I thought.

shipping was great, got here the day after christmas rather than jan 8th. The portal kinda sucks tho it's super laggy since you're streaming the ps5 to the little thing. Works good if you aren't playing online.

Great idea i just wish you could play it without wifi and on the go anywhere but its still great you can play anywhere with good Wi-Fi

On the go gaming. I wish the screen was Oled but other than that its great. Especially now that you can cloud stream.

I enjoyef the comfort of the welcomers as i walkd through the sliding doors. As i got to my item i was lookn for customer service helpd with any question i needed. Thx

I would love if this was able to connect to more wifi like the library or a starbucks or even my hotspot, but ive had no luck with either of those three. My home wifi works perfect with it though.

Great optimized well for 95% of games just make sure you have a wired connection to your ps5 to really make sure things run smooth

Steady updates always seem to be adding functionality. Makes the future for this device very promising.

If you are a dad and have a PS5. This is the best solution for you. The quality is quite amazing. Way better than a backbone.

Good Device screen is a little to small for my usage. I tried ps5 remote play with my tablet seems to be a better use case for my personal needs

It's a great device and I generally like playing it but the biggest downside is the stick sensitivity. There's no resistance like I controller. I've tried thumbstick rings and extenders but it doesn't change anything. If they would put better sticks on this it would be five star

In my opinion this device is amazing id give it 5 stars but in my experience the device became useless from my bad internet.

My son got this for his birthday and he loves it. The color and graphics are very clear.

Meh. Unless you’re an IT guru, playing this remotely is not going to happen. I didn’t know I needed to “port” anything for this to work and it won’t connect to my hotspot while I’m away so it never really worked for me. I did enjoy playing alone while my wife slept so I’m not on the tv keeping the house up but I got it with the anticipation to play away from home and that never happened. Not for me. Also hate it not being Bluetooth enabled.

Perfect companion for ps5, cloud streaming really sent it over the top for me. I love it, bought it open box and it was perfect, thanks again best buy!
