Great/ best handheld for the price point, games work flawlessly even on minimal internet speeds.

Midnight black finish looks so good. The ps portal already had a very unique design but it looks so much better in black.

When I first purchased i was skeptical but after numerous updates and continued support for this handheld its the only way to go for remote play on ps5. Also now streaming!

This is a great produce. The screen is awesome, the controls feel natural and just like the regular PS5 controller. I have had no connection issues and it stays connected to the PS5 well. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it seems like it could easily have more functionality to work without connecting to a console or the PlayStation Plus library (apps, media, etc).

The PlayStation Portal introduces a brand new way to play your PlayStation 5 games whenever you may be sharing your TV with others in your household. The Portal comes with a pretty decent sized screen which allows you to get a better view of all of your favorite games. My favorite part about it is that it carries over all of the dual sense features that you would normally have in the dualsense controller. I would highly recommend this if your console is hooked up via an ethernet and/or your house provides excellent bandwidth if running via Wi-Fi. The portal does not contain any internals that boost the performance so for anyone thinking about buying this product I would say test PS remote play on your mobile device first.

Love this is was a awesome buy for my son now on long road trips or being out of town he still play his favorite games even away from home.

This product is better than I expected these streaming/playing is awesome. I would recommend for everyone to get one if they are waiting to get the new council coming up in a few years digital playing is where it’s at.

A good device for remote access to ps5 console. I believe this works for ps4 as well but I havent tested that. This device is an easy setup. Just power up and follow instructions on linking with console and setup wifi. The devices feels comfortable in hands while playing. The display is a good size and sound/brightness can be adjusted. You must have a very strong internet connection otherwise you will notice lag while playing both online and offline.

[Employee of bestbuy] After purchasing the back bone first. To much to set up every time and to much lag!.. the portal solved both. Used it over 100 miles from my house and worked great!! Well worth it!

I loved mine works great had issues at first but got it to work out with tmoble hotspot now no issues got it hard wired so I don’t get lagged only bad thing is it stuck at 1080p which I have to change setting on ps5 for remote play ..if ur using tmoble hotspot off your cell just manually input it on your settings on the portal . U can yourtube how to do it

Awesome gaming system it never lags if you have strong WiFi and the movements and visuals are perfect

My children love it as we bought two. As listed and does as it says. Buy a screen protector and case. Worth the investment

Connects fine, picture is good quality. The connection is spotty in certain areas, but not bad to be able to carry around throughout the house.

Love the PS Portal! It's a great gaming device and love that I can use in other locations as long as there is internet.

Got this as a gift from my wife as a way to stop taking up the main TV. Was skeptical at first, but it works great. I have more issues from my Internet provider than the device itself. Plus with the new update you can use cloud gameplay!
