I got this for my son for Christmas, I opened it up to see what it was all about and I know he will be excited. Great quality and he will love that he can play it in the go.

The ps portal is a great accessory if you need to share the tv screen in your house. The recent updates to allow streaming of games over ps plus makes it even better.

I was skeptical at 1st to say the least I didn’t kidnap on this train until very recently when they pushed the update to allow you to stream from the PS Cloud that made this purchase worthwhile as it truly now works on the go as I need it. Caught it on sale but at regular price this is a steal for quick handheld gaming…

Now my daughter can have youtube on the tv and i can still play my ESO and soon Dragon’s Dogma in the same room. Battery life is actually better than i was expecting and the screen is amazing.

Great product for traveling or going to another room or leaving somewhere. As long as you have WiFi and your PS5 is on standby and case is recommended charger is hard to locate (underneath screen)

The graphics are stunning, easy to use, havent tried outside my home yet but this far its doing what i intended it for. It is a bit sensitive when playing shooter games but still pretty great device.

I absolutely love this thing! It is definitely geared towards a specific gamer. If you dont have PlayStation 5 then you will have to pay for the PlayStation streaming service.It does require WiFi or a mobile hotspot. For me its a definite yes!

I love this device. I've had it since launch and it does exactly what I hoped it would plus more. I had my PS5 setup in my living room collecting dust and now I'm able to get some game time in without interrupting my kids. This device is heavily dependent on having a solid network infrastructure. If your PS5 is unable to be connected via ethernet, I would avoid buying this product. If you are using the router that your ISP provided you, I would avoid buying this product. Your internet speed has nothing to do with how well this will perform in your home. My setup: ISP - Verizon Speed - 1Gig Router - eero Pro 6E PS5 - Connected via Ethernet PS Portal - Connected to Wi-Fi on 5Ghz

The only limitations which kept it from getting a 5 were: 1. It can only mirror one profile, the main one. I think forethought into that would have made the device a true Switch contender in a number of ways. 2. Wi-fi limitations. I understand needing high bandwidth but, unless you turn off the remote play option on the PS5, you can’t add additional WiFi options such as Hotspot. If you are elsewhere, it won’t even login to give you a chance to choose a separate WiFi or use the Hotspot. That will be a real problem for me when I want to use it when I travel overseas in August 2024.
