Connecting via different wifi will also not work. When it finally does manage to connect image is running at old school 180p if your connection is good then you have better resolution if youre lucky enough. Games are ok theres a delay on the triggers and the analog sticks so far not really worth the money you get the same terrible experience with the backbone just for 100$ cheaper and better availability with the backbone so far xbox cloud gaming takes it all play station can’t compete when it comes to mobile gaming…… REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY A SCREEN MIRRORING DEVICE ITS NOT CLOUD GAMING SORRY

By Sony you can’t do anything with this device can’t play games without being in the same room as the ps5 what’s the point can’t watch YouTube or nothing cans store games on it can’t connect third part headphones this a miss save your money please don’t buy
