Main issue is broke a thumb stick relatively quick, was able to fix easy but was not broken from abuse or outside norm of use so that was concerning. Otherwise great unit as long as you have wifi

Only shop at Best Buy for everything!

I then was advise to check the BestBuy.com and sure enough, I got it the same day. Best Buy is the best company and ranked one of the highest customer satisfaction!

Laggy letdown

Let me preface this with saying I have rock solid internet(wifi or wired). I also own several several electronics that have zero connectivity issues. I was able to spend about 30 mins playing this thing, and spent several hours trying to trouble shoot. It dropped connection from the ps5 over and over. I gave it two stars due to the feel of this thing being great. Everything else about it was a letdown. Save your money.
