My kids love it, but I truly feel as if for me it’s lacking in the games department. I’m still trying to find games that appeal to me. Overall I could have rented this and given it back. My kids on the other hand ask to play it everyday so they must’ve done something right.

We don’t use it all the time but it’s fun when we do.

Bought this because I needed one to play Dreams in VR since it’s not crossplatform. Using the camera for external trackers is terrible. Loses tracking daily. Hope they bring the next gen up to date. Ruins gameplay.

I really, really wanted to love this... Literally spent half a day rearranging my living room... I use a projector as my TV and all my A/V equipment is situated towards the back. Shorter cables and whatnot. But plenty of space towards the front. The cable for the PSVR camera is like 6' long and way too short for my situation. The extension is ridiculously expensive and only another 6' long. Didn't help, so I rearranged things. Anyway... I downloaded and bought all sorts of games and accessories. Even a 4'x4' anti-fatigue mat because I figured I'd spend some time on my feet and it'd help keep me from literally bouncing off walls. A tactile sense of space. Bought a new charging station. The Aim controller and Firewall game. Skyrim (don't waste your $, the negative reviews are accurate), downloaded any demo available.. but what I really wanted to play was Saints and Sinners. The 1st night was flawless. That's all I did and had a blast. Before I knew it, it was 2am. 2nd night started off okay. Killed some zombies, explored some demos and was really starting to love it. I tried to play Iron Man but couldn't get the arm length thing to calibrate so I went back to zombies. At some point the right controller started shooting off behind me. Totally out of sync, I figured it was just a glitch. Turn off the controller, turn it back on, and back in the game. No big deal. By the 3rd night it was a couple times an hour. Then both controllers started going all wonky. I could sync things up for a moment but as soon as I turned my head, arms were floating. And I still couldn't get Iron Man to calibrate. So basically everything was unplayable. I searched the internet, chatted with PS customer service. All I got was stuff I'd already been trying and an offer from Sony to file a warranty claim and send in everything, with a 5 week (at least) turnaround. So I brought it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one. And paid $70 for the 2-year "just in case" fee. System #2 lasted 3 days before the same problems started up again and returned it. I don't know what the issue is. The camera is what I suspect. Whatever the cause.... I'm still interested. But not until stuff gets figured out.

The product is great, however Best Buy itself has been silent regarding my filed complaint about them not applying a 10% off certificate I received from them. Would love to hear back from them, it's been a month now.

Bought this for my kids because they have ps4. Did not open it and returned it later to buy the oculus quest 2. I read that the oculus vr is more up to date than this, which is 2016 model.

I didn't appreciate the managements attitude to my right to not wear a mask. If they want to be self righteous, it would be best to not impose it on paying customers. Last I checked this is America and mask wearing is not law, also my wife and I were not the only ones in the store expressing freedom of choice. The guy that sold us the product had perfect customer service. The lady that ran back to the TV section to berate us needs some customer service training.

Not practical nor worth this price. 150.00 maybe if I'm in a good mood I would spend, this cause headaches and is very impractical for use.

overall its okay. have some problems with the hand held controllers glitching while in a game. makes it hard to play the game properly
