Overall it seems good but one of the controllers doesn't work--right out of the box. If everything worked, I'd score it higher.

Cool concept. Takes time adjusting and made my son dizzy. Had to return since it made my son dizzy. Great value.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I bough this product with new box excellent condition meaning everything is included and in new condition. this was NOT the case. The box was damaged, wires all crazy and the IRON MAN GAME WAS MISSING!!!! This was for my sons birthday and we discovered this on his actual birthday. He was so heartbroken the game was not there (he turned 11 years old). I called customer service and was told they could NOT help me AT ALL that i had to go exchange it at my local best buy store. The closest best buy store was AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY!!!!!! How do you expect me to drive all that way 8 months pregnat on my sons birthday when we had plans????? IT WAS INFURITATING THE LACK OF CARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF SOMETHING THAT WAS CLEARLY THIER FAULT!!!! FOR THE RECORD, I HAVE SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS AND HAVE HEARING NOTHING!!! I ENDED UP GOING TO GAME STOP AND PURCHASING THE IRON MAN GAME SO MY SON COULD STOP CRYING AND HIS DAY NOT BE RUINED. I HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY EVERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME IS EVERYTHING, AND YOU GUYS FAILED MISERABLY!!!!!!!!!

This is partially my fault for not looking at reviews on my own, but maybe this will save you the time. There are a TON of cables to make this thing work, and the tracking isn't always spot on. I had problems getting it to stay on my head. Honestly, this feels more like a gimmicky beta product than something worth $350.

Purchased an "open-box: excellent condition" Iron Man Bundle. While the headset and camera are fine, many of the parts were missing or defective. 1. The Iron Man game is defective 2. The charging/data cord for the motion controllers is defective 3. The headphones and the cleaning cloth, both supposed to be in the bundle, were not included. 4. Less importantly but still annoying, the box I received had dirt and dust all over it. I had to wipe it down to make it presentable as a gift. Very disappointed in the lack of oversight and checks to ensure quality before selling an "open box" item, especially one listed as excellent condition. Definitely not acceptable. Support told me to return it, which I will. Whether I get another PS VR or trust Best Buy's "open-box" options again is another story.

Grandson enjoyed the experience. Needed more room than expected. Living room recommended.

joysticks do not come charged. I am not a gamer, was for kids but figured it out.

It isn't as immersive as you'd imagine but it is perfect for those new to the playstyle.

Set up was okay not hard at all but expensive for the amount of games they have.

I had to return this. It’s VERY inconvenient! Many VRs are wireless whereas this one has a long cable attached to the headset. When you play Ironman you gotta be able to turn around and the cable keeps getting wrapped around your legs. Also way too many components.

It's not worth the money. I was excited to give it to my son. Probably would have been better to get the other brand vr.

Never will I buy a open box item again. This was supposedly geek squad certified. Not sure how I’m supposed to trust that everything is working order. Geek Squad verified didn’t even realize there was no game in the bundle no camera not even a demo disc ? Then to exchange it they made me pay for a new one wait till it gets delivered then return the other one.

The system is outdated and not very easy to setup.

I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy. They didn’t even bother to package my purchase correctly. They shipped my order in the manufacturers box, exposing the contents. This ruined my kids Christmas surprise and left my purchase vulnerable to porch pirates.

As much as I wanted this item, I recommend that you avoid buying it of you have a cat, dog, or a kid who might damage the headset cable (it is NOT replaceable). My dog put in her mouth for a second, and the whole thing isn't worth a penny now.

The move controllers will not pair with my the family’s PS4. This is the second attempt after returning the first VR bundle. Th first bundle only had one working move controller. In the second replacement bundle, neither move controller works.
