Bough the item "open box" and it came with no instructions and the remotes did not even work. I have bought open box before so I did not think there would be any issues, but I was highly disappointed.

Bought foe my grandson and shipped it out the country. The move controller doesn’t work and I cannot get back to return it. So $350 and he cannot use it. Don’t know if the VR works to review it.

Package did not include the game. Contacted customer support was told there was nothing they could do about it. We had to purchase the game for a second time.

We received an item that had to have come from a smoked in home. We still have not been able to use it because of the smell...VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!

Bought as a Christmas gift and when opened did not work. Spoke to PlaysStation and they said there was a recall on this version.

I’ve never played any kind of Virtual Reality prior to PSVR, so this review is just from my experience. There are a few cons of the PSVR. For example, the cords and cables seem a bit excessive, and movement is tracked by light on the motion controllers which can be difficult when turned/faced against the camera. Aside from that though, the headset is great! It’s very comfortable, has many great games (I really like Iron Man VR, Superhot VR, and FNAF: Help Wanted), and is very immersive. You really get drawn in to the environment after playing for a few minutes and get lost in the game. I had a bit of motion sickness initially, but it’s not an issue now. Iron Man, which is included in this bundle, is fantastic so far. The controls are VERY fun and really do make you feel like Iron Man. The graphics and loading times aren’t the best, but the gameplay and controls easily make up for it. An Ocular headset may be a better investment IF you are focused on getting better graphics and controls, but a PSVR is definitely the way to go if you want a great VR experience.

Missing charger cable never was refunded total let down on Christmas for my 7 yr old son

If your looking for a VR experience this will be a turn off for you. Do your research, the graphics aren’t even 1080, and its a single panel display. Your always going to see “snow/static” over what your looking at. The controls are from ps3.. very outdated. The tracking is always off. The move controllers are lacking buttons. Dont dig yourself into an even deeper money pit and buy the aim controller.
