    Happy customer. At first, I was a little skeptical... since it's the first time I've used a hearing aid. But it's easy to put on. Easy to install in the app. People don't notice you're wearing it since it's so small you can barely see it. I recommend it for people who have lost some hearing, like me.

    For me having a discrete pair of aids is the most important thing I was looking for. I have a highly dollar set of hearing aids that cost $3k plus and the Sony pair is better for hearing quality as well. The only downside is no Bluetooth but honestly that isn’t that great in my expensive set either. You won’t be disappointed in this OTC hearing aid option.

    I have bought many hearing aids but this is my favorite. Control was easy to set up on my iPad. Sound is good. I like the simplicity, no complicated features or controls. This is the second pair I've purchased (lost one in a snowstorm) and is even better than the old ones, being rechargeable.

    A fairly easy to use hearing aid option if your hearing loss is not severe. The ear pods are small and almost invisible so cosmetically non intrusive. This set will work for mild hearing losses

    These are fantastic hearing aids. Although they are not bluetooth enabled, they do connect to your cell phone, and has an app. where you can change the volume, (also each ear), determine the sharpness, wich will reduce or increas background levels, with the simple touch of your cell phone app. And best of all, they are rechargeable, and you get 60 days returnable at Best Buy, as opposed to 30 days on Amazon, and the price in each store is identacle.

    These are wonderful little hearing aids. I wish b they were off skin tone so they are not as noticeable. However they look like ear buds and you’re just listening to mission. Lol! Good for the money!!

    The Sony CRE-C20 is a phenomenal product. Quality of the sound is great, Simply put - SONY nailed it. On the other hand BEST BUYS service was TERRIBLE. None were in stock, and had product sent to my home. No one in the store knew anything about the product. When I had a question with the set up no one could help me. Offered that I pay for a GEEK SQUAD person to help me troubleshoot. That was the same person who when I went to store was unaware that they even sold the product.

    Initial setup requires multiple attempts to get working. When later trying to adjust the volume, the app on the phone could not find the devices. Otherwise seem to work and perform as expected

    Overall good quality. The charging interface is something to be desired. Need to play with them to get them in the right position to charge. App reboots and makes your reconnect often.
