Great audio quality and very comfortable to wear! It comes with a nice bag to store them in when not using. Sounds is very clear, only down side is it picks up surrounding sounds so everyone else on game can hear.

I'm replacing my PlayStation Gold because after a year the plastic on the Pivot Point broke these seem a lot more stable they have a metal frame at the top with a rubber band to keep them snug against your head and the 7.1 surround sound is amazing

These headphones are excellent for my purposes and the sound quality is superb.

Tried a couple pairs of the lower cost TB Stealth 600 before settling on these. Yes, I tried a couple because with the first set, the volume was way too low; usable when turned to 3/4 of the range, but I did not feel it should be that way. Turning on "super human hearing" amplified the sound level, but overpowered the foreground sounds. Second pair was the same way, so not a product defect. Thank you Best Buy for your liberal return policy. The Sony headset, while not perfect, is infinitely better than the 600's for my use with PS4 Pro gaming. Not quite as comfortable (as a lot of reviewers mention), and buttons take some getting use to, but the surround sound (Horizon-Zero Dawn) is thumbs up. Have not sampled chat capabilities. I really like being able to customize low, medium, and high tones with the downloadable app. Wish I had started with these.

Love these headphones. They are not too uncomfortable for long periods of time (like others). The sound quality is good and the reception is solid. Does not break the bank and gets the job done.

My husband and son love these headphones, they are perfect and can be adjusted to your fit liking. They are Bluetooth as you can charge it and just have them on or if you perfect to connect with the cable it’s included as well.

Great quality love the way they fit the only reason I give it a 4 star not a 5 it seems to disconnect a lot from the playstation just have to insert the chip again but sometimes a gets frustrating

First the sound is excellent. Design and button configuration leaves a little to be desired. The Bluetooth dongle could be better. Often times doesn’t connect and requires a system restart to pair.

I’m an audio snob, owning nice gear (e.g., B&W, Grado) for audio listening. These are a great solution for playing games on the PS4. Setup is a snap, almost like Apple product connectivity. The 3D sound effects work well, so much so that you won’t want to play some games any other way. The build quality is fine. The outer cups (plastic) and switches feel a little cheap to the touch, but they work and minimize weight. The inner, ear cups and top strap feel and look nice. Overall, a great value for gaming purposes. Where these will fall short is high-end audio. They won’t translate natural sounds (think strings and brass instruments) quite as well, but for synthesized effects, they’re great.

Sleek, comfortable, great sound. This has the 3D sound unlike the gold model. 3D is more life like but I turn it off a lot while gaming- easier for sound direction. My first one was a dud but BB replaced them and I am very happy.

Bought this headset because I started playing Fortnite and wanted to try to get an edge on the competition. You can really hear everything—every footstep, every shot, everything you need to hear to up you’re finishing position in each match (I still haven’t won any solo match but at least I’m constantly in the top 10 after this headset). Also bought these after starting Horizon Zero Dawn pre headset life and the feeling of immersion in the game was so overwhelming that I had to take them off. You get used to it. Read some reviews that said that PS4 didn’t have many games that support the 3D sound feature but just about every game coming out now will. Might as well have something that can really take advantage of the presets each game has in the headset app you download from the PS store

The Platinum Headset has 3D audio which others don't have, and having dual noise cancel mics. They also extended the battery life for the headset. For the price of $159 the Platinum Headset is a great Headset.

These headphones are great for playing games and even listening to music. I now need a replacement because i dropped them on the side and it keeps popping out. But overall its great.

Better made product solid...Irecomend it anyone... My son is happy

Pros: -headset comfrotablitly is really nice. -band that goes over the head allows it to sit pretty nice without much discomfort. -sound is great, especially with the 3D sound -very sleek design Cons -have to unplug/plug the dongle each time you want to turn on and use which is slightly annoying. -controls are hard to get down at first as they are all on the back of the headset on both ears. -the volume/chat works on a slider and coming from a Turtle beach 500X stealth headset, it’s can be wierd to figure out which you want to hear more of because you need to sacrifice one or the other. -need to put all audio to the headphones. No optical cable like the Turtle Beach

These are worth it on sale for $120. I havent really been blown away by the sound but its clear, & the headphones are comfortable for extended gaming/movie watching.

I replaced my gold head phones that had been great but wearing out from use. So decided to upgrade, great choice! The sound is even better then the gold and are much more solid then the gold headphones. Worth the extra money.

It’s really the same as the gold headset apart from having a more sound build. It Sounds great and looks sleak. A bit pricey for what it is but still not a bad headset by any means.
