We bought these for my husband and he likes them but they are kinda bulky and heavy and after awhile he can’t wear them anymore. The sound quality is amazing.

The sound and fit on the ears are great, even comfy with my glasses. Junk it complaint is that the top band is not that comfortable, especially for an hour or longer.

The headset is well built and feels good while wearing. Sound quality is great. I had to tweak the audio profile on app to get more bass for my liking, but I'm happy with the product as a whole!

I got these because they were an upgraded version of the gold edition ones that I had for three years or so. They finally broke so these are serving as a pretty good replacement. More expensive yes, but they don't give people in party with me a lot of background noice.

Upgraded from the Gold Set. This set is much better. Clearer sound, easier to separate chat audio from game audio. And the virtual 3D audio makes Warzone easier.

These wireless headphones are amazing, I had a wired headset before and it would make my controller spaz out now I play comfortably and with the 3D sound on it feels like your in the game

This headset is good, I had the previous gold headset and this is a far better headset the its predecessor . The build quality just feels like it is worth more, with the metallic finishes and the weight. It is difficult to find games that call them selves 3D audio enabled, but I know uncharted 4 is a game that uses it. I have played BF1 with this headset and it does a fine job. I like playstation accessories and accessories that looks nice. It is a solid headset, but if you don't care about wireless or the look of the headset. I am sure you can find a far cheaper headset that you will be more happy with.

This is a good headset and a somewhat noticeable upgrade from the gold version, and quite comfortable. You’ll almost forget you have them on.

They have an app on the PS4 where you can have custom sound mixes pre setup for various games. Light weight. Good charge. Was easy to set up and configure.

I had gotten these to test if they sounded better than the SteelSeries Arctis 7. They sounded pretty good, but there were some major connection issues. I was sitting only about 8 feet from the PS4 and if I turned away from the TV I lost connection. Maybe it was just the set or the dongle that I got, but that seemed like a big problem. I ended up exchanging them back for the Arctis 7.

The sound is amazing, 7.1 virtual surround sounds like the real thing. The battery last longer and recharges really fast. No more problems watching movies at night if my wife wants to sleep.

I upgraded to the Sony Platinum headset after a cheaper brand of headsets broke for the 2nd time. This headset is amazing! Great sound quality, long battery life, 3D sound is amazing.

I bought this to replace to Sony Gold pair I had before that broke. At first was hesitant to spend the extra money, but am glad I did. Very good sound quality and comfortable fit.

Great headset for your PS4. Sound quality is excellent. Buttons take some time to get used to. Battery life is very good as well.

These headphones are really good. Definitely better than the gold and the pulse! I've had the first 7.1 SS PS headphones for the PS3 and those were the best!! I still have them but they go out on me every now and then. My brother had the golds and I just thought the sound was way too low so I was iffy about buying new headphones but the new Platinum headphones are absolutely great! They don't have too much bass and you have to mess with the EQ a bit but once you get them going everything is good. I wish they were easier to adjust instead of doing it on the ps app inside the PS4. They're not as good as the ones for the PS3 but they're better than the golds which is great for me!

The price of the headset probably puts it out of reach of a lot of people and I'm not entirely sure that the pricing is justified. What I can say is this: 1) the sound quality is great, especially 3D audio in the very few games that have it. 2) the build quality is solid. I was concerned after reading reviews of the PS Golds, but this seems very sturdy and durable and after several months of ownership, I can report no problems. 3) the battery life does leave a little to be desired. I wish it lasted a lot longer, but it will get you through at least one long gaming session.

These are absolutely amazing. they are comfortable, hold a charge for a long time. The ability to adjust game volume and chat volume separately for gaming is perfect.

Had Sony headphones prior to this. Decided to update with the same brand. Comfortable and long battery life.

I have been using the older model PS headphones which worked fine until they broke. Decided to get the platinum and couldn't be happier. Improved sound and battery life.

My son loves these Sony headphones for his PlayStation five. Whenever we purchase headphones for his game systems we always purchase the ones made by the original company. They are better quality and will last longer. I also always add these extended warranty through Best Buy for them just in case. That warranty is come in handy in the past and is in need when dealing with these gaming accessories
