These are well built and have a great sound. For the ricepoint this is abut as good as youre going to get. has plenty of features

Bought this for the ps4 overall they are good, friend say the mic is great but when it come to bass and sound it’s just good.

I had difficulty connecting to my PS4 and in the long run I got It connected and love It. The sound quality is good and No outside noise.

This are the only Headphones with 3D Sound techonology for PlayStation VR and some games made for them, an improvement over the Gold edition and quality is better.

We tried all kinds of headphones nothing seems to until we got our son this pair we haven't heard a word from him about these

They are pretty decent headphones. They lack bass but overall they’re pretty good and the mic works great. Everyone can hear me fine

My son enjoyed this surprise …. he uses them daily .. and they are very comfortable for him to wear and the volume is clear and crisp

Decent build quality. They sound alright. Better the the ps gold. But I think they're better sound and build quality ones in the same price range

I had the original PlayStation golds and they finally wore out so I stepped up to the platinums. These are basically the original golds with a higher price and not as comfortable to wear. If I could find an old school set of golds I would buy them in a heartbeat. The sound is still awesome and I have no complaints there but after wearing them for about an hour I start getting a headache from the top strap.

Love this headset. Only 1 downside: The jokes wear down and break VERY easily. While the metal bridge makes it stronger than the Gold, the joints are still plastic, which kills it. Other than that, the audio quality is great and the simulated 7.1 surround sound gives you an edge in shooters. Always buy on discount, and always get the coverage.

The sound quality is unmatchable! If you want HD sound for your video games, get these! Especially for the games specifically made for these headphones!

I’ve used several Sony headsets over the years and this one is just as good. Not sure it’s any better than the lower priced ones though.

Purchased the headset a little bit ago and have had great quality and amazing sound. Battery doesn't seem to last as long as it says it will.

Tried a different more expensive brand of headphones and the sound quality was terrible. These Sony ones are the absolute best! I will only ever buy Sony again!

My game it’s completely different with it you can actually hear and appreciate all the sound around while you playing. I love it.

I've gone through three of these, one of which was defective. The sound is good in terms of the highs and mids but the bass is sorely lacking, despite having 50mm drivers. The virtual surround sound is great, and while I've played some of the games that supports the 3D audio, I barely can tell the difference. I would say wait until these are at $100
