I really enjoy them. I game at night and they are perfect.

It works pretty well. I’m not completely satisfied with the volume buttons and would prefer more volume levels. Also there seems to be a popping sound that happens occasionally that I can’t believe happens. Pretty annoying

These headsets have average sound quality, with a better overall build than the gold headsets. Beware of the sound cutting off occasionally while your gaming.

I returned this for 2 reasons the first is they are to expensive Walmart got it for cheaper and the second they are not comfortable at all i would recommend the turtle beach 700.

I returned these for the cheaper version. The only difference is that the Platinum version has a slightly longer range when leaving the room. Also, the usb receiver breaks easily so don't drop it.

When I first purchased them everything was great! Recently the headsets crackle or just cut out. I believe it may have something to do with the sensor? Going big next time

These were bought to use with our Nintendo Switch. They originally worked the first day we tried them. Then the dongle would not pair with the headphones anymore. The next day the dongle did pair with the headphones but now we can hear everyone chatting in the game but they can't hear us. Called for support but they will not help b/c we are using on a switch. Nintendo will not help b/c they only recommend their own chat feature via their app. So we have this VERY expensive pair of headphones doing nothing for us. VERY disappointing.

Very exapensive. The 3D sounds is great but Just doesn't get loud enough. Can get more for your money in other headsets or the PlayStation golds.

Not the best gaming surround sound! There are better wireless headsets that provide virtual sounds and that can be used with Playstations

Bought these to replace my Pulse headset at 1st clance and trying them on I thought these would be a great replacement for the older model headset but after setup and the download of the headset app I could not get the volume to go above medium level. made a phone call to Sony for technical advise but could not increase the volume beyond medium still, I was told to return them and get another pair but after reading post from Sony chat rooms found the same problem to be happening from other customers with the same headset

I have gone through 3 pairs of these in the last 16 months. The sound is ok. They are easy to use. I wish Playstation would open up to more of the PC headset world.

Brand new headsets gone to waste and can’t return them cause past 30 days suddenly quit charging after 1 month bought two and the other charges fine and the sole reason for buying them was for call of duty and they don’t work on call of duty chat period u can hear the people talking but they can’t hear you period so disappointed on first headsets ever bought for gaming system.
