A couple of days later, I went to the store to get my laptop fixed, I told a clerk at the Customer Service area what had happened and she ordered it for me. The best part was that the PS5 arrived about 3 or 4 days earlier than expected. I set it up on Saturday, January 21st, the following day after picking it up and I have not had any problems ever since. Maybe it's because I still don't have a 4K TV yet.

Best buy has been around and one of the best electronic service companies period. and I'm not just saying this because they've been around for so long. I go to best buy for everything electronic I need. even bought every piece of hardware for my PC from them. It works fantastically and I highly recommend this product for anyone of any age.
